Invinceable, Inc

I called, fortunately, to place an order vs. online thus they have no email address to sell or bother me as written in other site reviews. I wish I had read reviews first & I would not order! When I called it was a computer vs. a real person and it tried to sell me more Invinceable, or a slew of their other products-the call went on Forever & I could not speak to a real person! They got my credit card before this 20+min. call! I did not get a total amt. charged but given a number for customer service, which I called ONLY to be told my order didn't show yet and it could be 24-48hrs before I could learn the amt. charged!! Never have I ordered a product without a total and confirmation #! I was really worried at this point! 24hrs later still no order or total known to customer service OR me! In this call because I was a "valuable customer"' they wanted to give me a $100 gas card & trial of another product that after 30 days if no cancellation, they'd charge my C.C. Every 30 days! I was so frustrated I yelled at the woman telling her NO after she wouldn't quit trying to sell me more products & a free gas card! I truly felt scammed & worried how much would be charged! The next day, I downloaded from my bank a charge for $46.97 from Invinceable! I was shocked as the most I expected was $33.00. I called customer service only to be told I ordered more than I said I ordered. He argued with me and then credited $7.44 for the purported extra product. I asked to cancel the order & couldn't as it had shipped already but he told me I had a 30day return policy upon my receipt of product purportedly to arrive on Friday (today is Weds) but other reviews state the pkg. doesn't have a return address or return info inside the pkg. Additionally, there's no invoice, so, I will find out soon & will update this review. I'm worried about a return as there's no order number, invoice, etc. it appears this was/is a huge mistake on my part and I will never order products again where my C.C. Is asked for up front vs. after the order and a total charge given! Other reviews state they told the computer to cancel but they processed the order anyway! They also state the product doesn't work worth a hoot, so I'll learn this soon. Invinceable & their other products [redacted] etc.) should not be allowed to do business in this manner! I'm sorry the other reviews on [redacted] about Invinceable haven't written on Revdex.com's website as I am! Please go there and read those reviews. Thank You for allowing this review!
