Hello Ms***, My name is [redacted] and I am the owner of Invio DPSIt was brought to my attention through your Revdex.com review that you had some issues with working with our companyI wish to address a few of these things to help you understand what is going on with your current situation: When signing up for our services we take due care to ensure that we listen and understand your situation as we educate you to your optionsThis is the key element to what we do because everyone’s situation is unique and differentOne of our ethics restrictions in being a part of the Association for Student Loan Relief ( [redacted] ) is that if we cannot improve your situation we will advise you to continue in whatever path you are currently on with your student debt.We also make sure, several times and in several ways, to make sure you understand that we a 3rd party company helping to facilitate the programs available to youIn fact, you confirmed different times on a recorded line that you understand that the document preparation fees paid to Invio do not apply to the balance of your student loans. The really troubling issue with your complaint is that you “since have learned that this apparently isn’t a legit service” Ma’am, we did not take your money and our clients get EXACTLY what they pay for and if they do not, which does happen due to circumstances outside our control, we offer a 90-day money back guaranteeThis is done to show you that we ARE legitimate and stand behind the work we doWith regards to your particular situation, I read through your file and would love to discuss why Great Lakes would tell you the information you were toldMost people don’t even know that the student loan servicing companies are for-profit banks that are paid “servicing fees” from keeping borrowers in debt for as long as possible to make their profits! You can check out the following informational guide to confirm this: [redacted] Income-Based Repayment Plan (IBR)·Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans·Subsidized and Unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loans·all PLUS loans made to students·Consolidation Loans(Direct or FFEL) that do not include Direct or FFEL PLUS loans made to parents·Your monthly payments will be or percent of discretionary income.·Payments are recalculated each year and are based on your updated income and family size.·If you're married, your spouse's income or loan debt will be considered only if you file a joint tax return.·Any outstanding balance on your loan will be forgiven if you haven't repaid your loan in full after or years.·You may have to pay income tax on any amount that is forgiven.·You must have a high debt relative to your income.·Your monthly payment will never be more than the 10-year Standard Plan amount.·You’ll pay more over time than under the 10-year Standard Plan.·Good option for those seeking Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)Hope this puts your mind at ease and would reconsider some of the statements you made against my company and the good work we do for THOUSANDS of people every month

Regarding Miss ***,Thank you for sending the information over to usWe will be reaching out to her today to try and resolve her frustrationsI have gone ahead and attached the Debt Pay Pro Work History and documentation to show that we have rigorously tried to facilitate her successful acceptance
into her chosen student loan program. She was enrolled way back in OctoberShe was first placed into an administrative hold so she would not be required to make payments during the period of time her enrollment would need to takeThis was done in advance of receiving any money from the clientShe made her payment to her trust account days after her enrollment date and so the tasks were put in place to begin the work process. The clients required supporting documents were received and upon being uploaded and reviewed it was learned that the client did not provide accurate information about how much money she made by a significant marginThis institutes the process of having to re-quote the client to get her permission to proceedClient did not respond until January 13th and provided us with a new proof of income We proceeded to work with the client for the next weeks to get a comfortable payment option and plan to facilitate the clients needsWe sent the documentation to her servicer and the plan was accepted and was verified through their automated verification system. Her student loan servicer changed the payment plan payment and we did a way call to the servicer to try to correct the situation for the client but the representative dropped our call and we were unable to reconnect with the client. We scheduled a second effort to correct this for the client but she is unwilling to comply. We obviously want to give our client the opportunity to take advantage of the program benefits she qualifies for, regardless of the obstacles the client and the servicer has provided we continue to make an effort in getting this taken care of for herMANY, MANY hours have gone into seeing that her unique situation is remedied and she is taken care ofClients also do not understand that their student loan servicers do not "hear" from us because we are just a document preparation companyThe documents all come from the clients themselvesWe do not act on the client's behalf, merely do the work to facilitate the process. We will be contacting her again to do our best to help.Thank you again for the opportunity to continue to make sure our client's are treated fairly and properly

Invio DPS has reached out to *** to clarify the mis-communication between our client and our processClient better understands how our company works and has elected not to use our services at this timeClient has been issued a refund

Hello Ms. [redacted], My name is [redacted] and I am the owner of Invio DPS. It was brought to my attention through your Revdex.com review that you had some issues with working with our company. I wish to address a few of these things to help you understand what is going on with your current...

situation: When signing up for our services we take due care to ensure that we listen and understand your situation as we educate you to your options. This is the key element to what we do because everyone’s situation is unique and different. One of our ethics restrictions in being a part of the Association for Student Loan Relief ([redacted]) is that if we cannot improve your situation we will advise you to continue in whatever path you are currently on with your student debt.We also make sure, several times and in several ways, to make sure you understand that we a 3rd party company helping to facilitate the programs available to you. In fact, you confirmed 2 different times on a recorded line that you understand that the document preparation fees paid to Invio do not apply to the balance of your student loans. The really troubling issue with your complaint is that you “since have learned that this apparently isn’t a legit service”.  Ma’am, we did not take your money and our clients get EXACTLY what they pay for and if they do not, which does happen due to circumstances outside our control, we offer a 90-day money back guarantee. This is done to show you that we ARE legitimate and stand behind the work we do. With regards to your particular situation, I read through your file and would love to discuss why Great Lakes would tell you the information you were told. Most people don’t even know that the student loan servicing companies are for-profit banks that are paid “servicing fees” from keeping borrowers in debt for as long as possible to make their profits! Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They did try to reach out to me but I was having phone problems and I emailed them several times to let them know, I even tried to call them, but I got no response. I emailed them several times with no response. The verbal response regarding the monthly payment was $93/month, but when I tried to reach out to them and my payment plan correspondence I was told NO ONE contacted them regarding a new payment plan. I gave them my income correctly, do not know why they are saying I did not give them the correct information. They took my money, but DID NOT follow through, because I was getting emails and calls from Great Lakes(my payment area) stating nothing was sent to them. I just want my money back since they did NOT follow through and my payment was more then what was quoted to me.
Regards,
[redacted]
