We have been in frequent contact with Mr., and I think it’s fair to say this information was not submitted by him Person posting this states they were to pay the full amount before the work was to start? We NEVER request that of our customers, and on a job of this size we would not accept full payment, even if offered Were told to expect day installation? On a project of this size? Doubtful We are mostly completed with the project, and as contracted, requested stage payments as work progressed Have been trying to get in touch with the company and getting no response? The latest of several phone conversations with Mrtook place yesterday, and everything is progressing satisfactorily for him They were told that everyone had quit? I don’t think a statement that ludicrous even deserves a response

Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 9, 2016/07/08) */ Revdex.com COMMENT: Consumer called and left a voicemail stated that Four Seasons agreed to come out and resolve the situation

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/04/11) */ The customer requested to cancel his window project months into his contractAlthough there is suppose to be a 25% fee charged, we decided to waive that fee and give him a full refundThere is a process involved in order to deliver a FULL refundOnce the customer understood this, he agreed with the policy and understands that his full refund will be processed within the next week Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 8, 2017/04/17) */ yes mike did say he would refund after we removed our complaint with home adviserthen [redacted] called about day 4/8/after [redacted] called to see if we removed our complaint yet, I asked if they sent the check and said he didn't knowtold him I'm not removing it until I get the checkif they are going to be on a service like home adviser and don't like review they get, they should do better business and keep there customers aware of any problems and have answers instead of you have to talk to this guy and never get an answerso right now there holding our money for ransom until we take our bad review down from [redacted] Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2017/04/21) */ The customer claimed he did not understand the refund process, once he understood he said he would remove the reviewThat did not happen as he promisedThe customer has received his refund, however, as we promisedThese are the facts

I understand our Production Department has been in contact with this customer, both the end of last week, as well as earlier this week

Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2016/06/01) */

I was waiting to hear back from the company to see if they would call me last week and they never didI did call them on Monday and explain to them I complained about not notifying me and letting me know my status, the gentleman was very apologetic and they have an appointment to come out to my home Friday at 4:I have to see what happens thenThank you for all your help I don't know if this helps or not but we'll seeThank you [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The heating/air unit has been installed, and the electrician has been out to correct some work and to add an additional outlet that should have been installed initially. We have been told repeatedly this week that work is scheduled for next week, but we've been unable to confirm any dates. We still have no insulation, ceiling, or ceiling fan. We are missing trim inside and out. We don't have guttering. Concrete waste is still in the yard, along with the sawhorses and building materials. We don't have a step into the house from the porch and the room is still leaking.I need to be told firm dates of work to be done, and I want the project completed in full, and correctly, by next Friday, Oct 13. Sincerely, [redacted]

The facts, as this customer states them, are true, and we feel badly about the circumstances that caused both delays However, we were able to reschedule, and the replacement window has been installedAs far as we know, the customer is now satisfied

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2016/12/09) */ The customer acknowledged that she did not mean to do this complaint, that she asked the Revdex.com NOT to submit because she had been working with our office to get a FULL refundTechnically, by the contract, the refund amount should only be for [redacted] not the full [redacted] Mr [redacted] from our office was actually working FOR the customer to get the full amount, which he succeeded at BEFORE this complaint came through which the customer will not only acknowledge but confirm just thatHer reason for contacting the Revdex.com was to make sure that she had an avenue if she did not get her refund The customer received her full refund as of this afternoon just as she was promisedWe regret that the Revdex.com handled this situation the way they did Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 11, 2016/12/12) */ Revdex.com Comment: Consumer called and stated that the business did deliver the check to her in person for the full amountThe check did clear the bank

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I cancelled the contract due to jobs not being completed and not done to code I believe that before a local television station aired these complaints they researched themThe business had NO expenses associated with this contract so where do the liquidating damages occur? Why would I want to take the chance that MAYBE they will complete the job and to code? Why was their Revdex.com rating terminated if these allegations were false?I feel justified in cancelling this contract based on information I became aware of and a full refund Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The release form clearly states that we will not receive our money until 45-days of signed release form This form requires the signature from Four Seasons as well as ours The form was sent to us unsigned by them We are concerned that they will not sign this form for another months or so and keep our money during this time With our experience with this company, they are not dependable and trust worthy We will be reviewing this Mutual Release Agreement with legal representation unless a signed and dated agreement is received by us Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company continues not to address my concerns or finish the work they were paid to do Sincerely, [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/16) */ The above comments are extremely slanderous and inaccurateThe customer chose to use our finance company, [redacted] While on the phone with them, he agreed to the terms of the loan as well as disbursementsHe was also sent an email that he signed directlyThe disbursement was inaccurate, however, our office has written documentation to show it was requested and ordered properly on our endOur Office Manager was on vacation, upon his return, we discovered the errorWe had correspondence with [redacted] and they encouraged us to talk with the customerStarting the loan over was an option, as were others, however, the customer chose the option of the three payments being made on his behalfHis words were "that seems fair and easiest, let's do that." Also, it is to be noted, this was (4) weeks after the agreement had been signed, far off from the legal (3) business days that are given by law for a right of rescissionThis customer initially wanted to cancel his month old contract based on his alluding to a financial hardship, however, it has turned in the last few days to these latest accusationsUnfortunately, he has given multiple excuses for now changing his mindThe above financing circumstances that had been resolved weeks ago is the latest tactic to attempt to circumvent a legally binding agreementThe customer's scope of work, time frame for the job, and financing terms are exactly what he requested and agreed to initially Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/09/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have reviewed the company's response and do not agree with its version of the factsHowever, the company and I are discussing a resolution and, at the conclusion of those discussions, I will respond that the matter is resolved to my satisfaction or will respond point by point to the company's response to my initial complaint Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 12, 2015/10/06) */ Again we don't agree with the Customer's evaluation of the facts, because the facts are facts, however we are working together with the Customer to resolve their project financing

We have been in contact with this customer We have communicated our plans, and she has informed us she is satisfied with the plans
