Invisalign Wall Street

I had invisalign for days and told my dentist to take them outI had a reaction to the trays that made my mouth and tongue sensitive, which made me sickThe top tray on the left side did not fit properly and my ortho ending up using tray and it still didn't fit rightThe trays were really thick and looked rushedThe "buttons" they put on my teeth were not flattering at all I might as well would have gotten bracesAlso the edges were rough and had pieces of plastic left on them

Review: [redacted] who I also filed a complaint agains sold me one big lie on invisalign braces. Nothing he said was true he just wanted to my money. he is a crook. However invisalign the company itself uses [redacted] as one of their preferred Doctors. Or a least thats one of the many lies he uses as bait to get your business. After a year of treatment without results (and nothing but problems) that were promised by [redacted] I contacted inisalign directly to inform them how this Doctor is misrepresenting their product and all the bad reviews he has on yelp. I personally told them my story and asked if they could help me in anyway. They said no - its not their problem they only deal directly with the doctor and I have to resolve my issues directly with the doctor.

I advised them that I tried and he basically stole my money and they said there is nothing they can do.Desired Settlement: I feel like [redacted] should not be allowed to treat people this way and be back by invisalign as a "preferred doctor". I also feel that they should help a customer if their product is being mis sold by one of their preferred doctors. I would like my money back and would hope no one else every has to deal with this man. Please go look at all the horrible yelp reviews on him. Everyone says the same thing.
