[redacted] is not being at all truthful about the fan he boughtIt is a fan with a proven record of air flow and made by the largest fan company in the world, Soler Palau [redacted] says "we never got anywhere close to the performance he promised me"That is a blatant lieThe fan worked perfectly to its performance level but [redacted] decided he did not like itSo now he blames me for his problem I told him I would take the fan back and refund his moneyBut his insistence on flaming me on Yelp and Revdex.com is making it nearly impossible to get new ordersSo until I sell some fans, I cannot afford to give him ANY moneyHe refuses to see this cause and effect and he continues to delude himself into thinking that making these complaints will somehow get him moneyHe is dead wrong

The bot*** line here is the fan that Invisco sold me is inadequate to cool my homeI am not saying it is a bad fan, but rather too small to do the proper jobI provided Invisco all the necessary details to ensure they spec'd the correct fanAfter two summers of attempting to make the solution work, I decided to get AC and pull Invisco's system from my homeNote that all three companies I quoted for AC commented that Invisco's fan was inadequate for my home***'s comment was that they were all "amateurs", but he committed to taking the product back and provide a refundAfter he made this commitment, I was unable to reach him after several attempts by phone and e-mailIt was not until I reached out to Revdex.com and Yelp that he immediately respondedWe agreed on an extremely reasonable payment planNow *** is saying he cannot pay me anything for the foreseeable futureMy one posting of my experience on Yelp is not the primary cause of *** losing orders, but rather several people posting negative experiences with Invisco is his issueI told *** I would retract my statements on Yelp if he honored his commitmentWe agreed to a payment plan and when the first payment was coming due, he regened on the payment with no new proposalThis is not acceptable

This complaint is without merit*** knows I expect to get the fan back and refund his moneyI have no idea why he feels compelled to blast me on YELP and file with you

[redacted] has no call to complain. She ordered a fan and on the day it was to ship she cancelled the order for no good reason.
She will get a refund. She has not been hurt. Invisco has been hurt by her actions.

I would be happy to accept this response as soon as we receive a refund. We requested a refund on July 1. This was a full month after we ordered the fan and after several broken promises of it being sent. As soon as I receive the refund, I will gladly accept this response. It is now 2 full months after we ordered, and 6 weeks after delivery was originally promised. We do not have a fan or our refund.

I told him I would take the fan back and refund his money. But his insistence on flaming me on Yelp and Revdex.com is making it nearly impossible to get new orders. So until I sell some fans, I cannot afford to give him ANY money. He refuses to see this cause and effect and he continues to delude himself into thinking that making these complaints will somehow get him money. He is dead wrong.
