The business lied to me, weeks in advance, telling me the car would be ready, when it was notThe owner did offer to fix the things that are still wrong, however, I am never going back to this business, they have done enoughIt was not necessary for the police to be calledThere was no crime, no criminal action, except David did make a threat that "we'll be sorry"...about what? No ideaThe Police have bigger fish to fry than this callIn speaking with David, in the early stages, he assured me "they would work with me on the deductible, and no worries." I told him what I could reasonably afford, and he told me no problemIt was much more than he led me to believe after telling me that on occasion, they can but the deductible lower than the 10%, so that is what I was told, and that is what I was led to believeHow dare they say the headliner was down, when it certainly was notMy gas cap was broken, the drivers side door takes 2-times to open, the drivers side window crackles when powered up or down, the headliner is sagging and they broke my license plate cover Those things were in perfect condition before they received it

Every customer asks a time-frame for repairs that we provide our best estimate at the time but that does not account for, nor can it ever account for, any insurance company or any parts delaysIt was necessary for the Police department to be contactedWhenever somebody is being physically confrontational, making threats, slapping paperwork out of people's hands and making rude comments to other customers in the building. The deductible assistance is, per the signed paperwork, 10% total cost of repair at the time of repair authorizationThis 10% has not changed and never does.We have attached some vehicle chephotos showing the headliner is down and we had offered to re-secure it at our cost just to help her out as we do work hard to provide good customer service. The door just had the handle and outside molding removed for paint no hinges were removed and the window regulator was not removed for any reason so those items are prior concernsWe also had not reason to remove or touch a fuel cap but offered to replace one for her being that we do pride ourselves on customer service. The license plate cover I have not personally inspected or been made aware of but would look at it.We would strongly suggest this complaint is not relevant nor should it be posted as we have shown the customer has signed the 10% deductible assistance paperwork, we have offered to address the headliner issue at no cost (even though it was present at the vehicle check in) and the gas cap for her as well

Our deductible assistance program at the time is based upon 10% total cost of repair and is acknowledged and signed by the vehicle owner during the repair authorization process (copy of signed document attached). The check-in form is also attached showing the headliner damage was there...

when the vehicle was dropped off to us (Customer left us a voice mail we have saved stating it was not there). This vehicle that is no longer in production was difficult to obtain parts for and unfortunately that happens sometimes and is completely out of our control. As the vehicle had the supplement $ approved from the insurance company she was updated on what we would be saving her (back to the 10%). Our employee David did advise on 2/24/17 that the vehicle would be ready later in the day even though the customer advised they would be there around 1:30pm. The vehicle can not be done any quicker than the time we advised it would be done. Arriving at 1:30pm if you have a later appointment knowing the vehicle would not be done in time is out of our control as well. During the two customers waiting for their vehicle, the gentleman proceeded to slander our business to other customers that came in the door (saying "run from here they take too long"). The vehicle was eventually completed and brought up to the front office to when the gentlemen proceeded to raise his voice and demand we assist more than the 10%. He then proceeded to slap the paperwork out of my employee's hand, when he tried to show him the 10% section, and remained confrontational. Because of his confrontational actions and threats the police were contacted. No person anywhere should have to sustain these threats of violence and we do not tolerate that.

David from here is great. He kept me informed of everything going on and great customer service. Would highly recommend working with him.
