forwarding you the recorded conversation that shows he agrees to pay the We are not refunding the the person who went out spent time and answered all of him questions and put a camera down his sewer to see what the issue was and it's suppose to be free ? Business sent the following response:[redacted] was explained that to camera was 299.00 [redacted] agreed to pay the 299.00 to have the camera work done , he was told up front and we are a honest company and we did exactly what we said we where gong to do and did not charge him a dime more and we also put in writing all of our findings and gave [redacted] all of him options.As for a refund NO we did what [redacted] asked us to do and the Camera is not free and we NEVER said it was free . [redacted] agreed to pay 299.00 and if [redacted] would of stated he did not want to pay 299.00 we would not of camered anything for him ,but [redacted] did agree and wanted us to camera so we did and now he wants his money back NO . I did what he wanted and I deserve to be paid.. This camera is not free it does cost thousands of dollars for the camera and I cannot run around town and camera things for free.
