I have checked into the complaint from [redacted] On our system we have a copy of hercontract and the notice to freeze her membership I do not know why we do not have acopy of her cancellation I contacted PJ [redacted] the District Manager He has authorizedErin [redacted] the Operations Manager at the gym to refund [redacted] $and cancelher membership I called Erin today 11/6/and she will issue the refund todayIt takesup to business days for it to show up on her account The membership is cancelled effectivetoday 11/6/ If your or [redacted] have any question please feel free to contact meThank You,Cheryl ***Asstto the Owner [redacted]

Ms*** has been removed from collections. The past due balance has been removed. PJ *** the District Manager for Gold's Gym will contact Ms*** today. She will be able to return to the gym, and continue her membership. We are sorry for all she has been

PJ J*** the District Manager at Get Fit (Gold's Gym, prior) is contacting Mr***. He will waive the charges, and has also contacted *** the collection company to remove Mr*** from collections. If you should have any questions please give me a call.

I have looked into the complaint from *** ***. We did not have a record of Mr***'s cancellation. We usually handle cancellations one on one, it should have been taken care of at the time of Mr***'s visit. I have instructed Erin G***, the Customer Service Manager at
the gym to refund the $that Mr*** paid on 9/12/2016. It will be refunded to the credit card that he used that day. We strive to take care of our members, every time that they come to the gym. We apologize for any inconvenience that was caused. We would love for Mr*** to return to the gym. Regards, PJ J***, District Manger

I have pulled all of Ms. [redacted]'s information.  The gym has no record of Ms. [redacted]'s cancellation form.  I did not received an e-mail from Ms. [redacted], or I would have responded.  I see she tried to e-mail me at [email protected].  My e-mail address is...

I have looked up [redacted] membership information.  We do not record have a record of her letter to cancel.  I do see notes where she called and talked to Erin [redacted].  Erin gave her PJ [redacted]' e-mail address.  I talked to PJ Jones and he said he did not...

receive and e-mail from [redacted].  Due to her not receiving a call back from the gym, and her financial difficulties (there was a note that her husband was sick and she was having financial difficulties) we have removed [redacted] from collections.  I e-mailed [redacted] Collections myself.  I cancelled [redacted]'s membership today 1/11/2016.  I have copied [redacted] on this e-mail.  If she has any questions, please let me know.   Thank You, Cheryl [redacted]  (Asst to Owner)  [redacted]
