We were very pleased with the service that Kyle provided us today. We are so happy to be working properly again. Invisible Fence has always come through for us.We feel better about leaving our little girl (Harley) out in the yard again. Kyle was very helpful in getting us going again.

Review: I ordered the pet containment system with 4 training lesson with a trained associated. I was able to schedule all 4 lessons but the associate never showed up for the 4th lesson, which was scheduled on September 22nd . Did not heard anything during the day of the lesson then got a voicemail in the evening telling me that there were not sure where their associate was. They informed me they would call me back to set the 4th lesson, and it did never happened. On October 1st, I sent them an email asking for a refund of the 4th class since they never called me back or scheduled it. As of today, October 12th, they are in breach of their contractual obligations as they did not provide the service as signed in the contract.Desired Settlement: I am asking that the cost of 4th lesson be refunded to me as there is no more need at this point since it has been such a long time since the last session. I am asking that $100 be refunded to me.

This company has been absolutely the most difficult to deal with--our fence, after 6 months, is still not working. The fence, the panel(S), the collar, the battery, the customer service---I want to make sure that others don't have the same experience. The owner actually asked us if there is a "burial ground" at our house that maybe is making the system not work right. Two minutes later, he was trying to sell us a computerized lawn mower. The system is not reliable, our collar doesn't work, the owner is not returning my calls (for weeks) and when I came back yesterday after picking up another collar (that doesn't work), there was a message from the office that they gave us the wrong collar yet again. When I called today, the customer service person failed to put me on hold properly and laughed while talking to another employee about my call and fence. I AM IRATE. Worst customer service and unreliable product and still not safe for my dog. Frustrated and disappointed!

I had an invisible fence installed last May. I started having problems with it a couple weeks ago and it isn't working. I started making phone calls and leaving messages at Badgerland. At that pint my dog hadn't figured out that the fence didn't work. As of today- four unreturned messages later, my dog ran away last night and got into something that made him itch- he was missing for 45 minutes. I now can't leave him alone outside. I can't get through to a "person" at Badgerland. I'm disappointed and frustrated.

I have serious concerns about Invisible Fence of the Badgerland.
Here’s a capsule of our “simple” experience;
Our neighbors (2) when seeing our new dog, and learning of our plans to start up our existing Invisible fence both laughed at us, and warned us about what to expect, based on their recent experiences. In short, they said if they did it over again, they would use a competitor.
We learn there is no local office or location to help us in the Milwaukee area. The nearest dealer is near Madison?
We called Invisible Fence of the Badgerland to ask for assistance in helping us to use the invisible fence three times in one week. No answer, no reply to our voice mails.
We sent three e-mails to Invisible Fence of the Badgerland requesting assistance in helping us to use the invisible fence. Several days later we received a reply e-mail asking for our address. (it was in the original e-mail we had sent)
We called Invisible Fence of the Badgerland again for assistance in helping us to use the invisible fence. No answer, no reply to our voice mail
We receive a call from Invisible Fence of the Badgerland. Someone took our information, and scheduled a service visit. Technician arrived, worked hard, was polite, installed and tested the system. He did not deliver a collar since it was not included in the order (?), and he had no extras with him, and did not leave us with any instructions, or operations manual.
We call Invisible Fence of the Badgerland two times, requesting an owners manual, and a few questions on training. No answer or reply to our call and voice mail for assistance.
System worked, and we were left on our own to look for you tube video’s and on line commentary on how to train our dog.
Approximately four weeks pass. Collar and system no longer works.
We call Invisible Fence of the Badgerland with our customer service request. four times over two days. No reply to our call or voice mail for assistance.
We e-mail customer service at Invisible Fence of the Badgerland for assistance. No reply to our question or e-mail
We call Invisible Fence of the Badgerland with our customer service request again. Closed on Saturdays? No reply to our call for assistance.
We would have contacted a member of Invisible Fence of the Badgerland leadership/Owners such as Cam [redacted], Larry, Steve, or Peggy, to try to resolve our concerns, but it seems impossible to find a phone number or e-mail for them, allowing us to express our concern to them. All we have available to us is the phone number and e-mail from the website. (Read above for how well that has worked…)
Remember, we have been given no manuals, no contact information, nothing to help us in our relationship as a “paid in full customer”.
When we mention our problem to friends, many of them say they have either experienced a similar situation, or heard of others who have. No one speaks positively of their experiences with Invisible Fence.
We have paid up front, full consideration for a system we were led to believe was reliable both in quality of performance, and customer service back-up, and carries a guarantee and lifetime warranty.
If you were us, wouldn’t you be just as disappointed with your experience?

We have had an invisible fence installation for close to 10 years. We have had many problems with this company. They are expensive and the repairs are as well. They are very slow to respond when called; almost always the caller has to leave a message. Today we have waited 10 hours after 2 calls and we have received no call back. Meanwhile, inexplicably the fence is not working and our dogs have wandered all over the neighborhood.
