Customer purchased and was installed in 2013, he called on 1/21/with a request for service, his call was returned on Monday 1/We scheduled a service techniciain to visit his house on 1/were we completed a test on all Invisible Fence equipment where is was determined that there was no failure of equipment, that is was somethign with the time warner cable lines making the collars activateWe suggested a RF filter which is aground isolater to be added to the cabel line to ground out the magnetic signal interferance but the customer declinedWe offered filter at zero charge, Customer is deciding what next steps to takeWe have offered and continue to offer service and support to customerTony [redacted]
