We installed an Invisible Fence Brand system on 11/20/for our customer in Prior Lake, *** is their neighborOur Service Technician walked the property with our customer to discuss wire placement and the wire was placed as
requestedA walk through was done after the wire installation as wellThe wire was completely contained into our customer's property and no wire had gone over into the neighbor's yardAt the time of install, our customer did not mention that the neighbor had a system nor did our Technician know he hit their wire*** has an offbrand system which they self-installedWhen our Trainer was at our customer's residence for their first train, our customer said at that point that the neighbor (***) must have installed their wire on their property (our customer)
When we spoke with *** on the 23d, she did indicate that our customer's wire was NOT on her property but that we hit her wireHer wire was actually on our customer's propertyWe did tell her that we could have came out to assess where the wire was placed but she said that our customer's wire wasn't on her propertyWe had no knowledge, nor did our customer at that time, that ***'s self-installed wire was on our customer's property which we told herRegardless, she wanted us to reimburse her the $300's she paid a 'friend of a friend' to fixWhen we indicated we would not reimburse for all the reasons mentioned above, she said, "I guess I have nothing else to talk to you about" and that was the end of the conversation
