Review: Invision had done repairs to my vehicle.

I am having issues with the paint that that they had repaired. I took my car in for them to inspect the the issue .I have paint PellING off .[redacted] the owner did the inspection. He immediately blamed it on pin stripes that were never added to the hood .I explained this to him ..he became very upset. I then asked him how the repair process was performed. He admitted to doing substandard work & not correctly following the steps to do a proper repair. Then told me he will do repairs but will cost me 300$ for them to sand it back down.

This repair has a lifetime warranty there should be no additional cost to me to make. Due to an improper repair in the first place.he is not honoring the warranty it was written by him and signed off by me.

I am seeking my 500.00$ that was paid out of pocket. To be refunded , since he will not honor the repair. We will not do business here ever again !! Only remedy is my money spent to be paid back so I can pay someone else to perform repairs properly.Desired Settlement: Refund 500.00$

I would highly recommend Invision Auto Body to anyone who needs body work done to their car. They did a great job and my car looks brand new. It looks better than it did when it got in the accident. I was really impressed that it came back washed, vacuumed, and smelling great. Kent helped me and called me with updates as to when my car was going to be finished. The office staff was friendly and helpful. A+ in my book!
