I was charged a $fee as an outpatient but I was not an outpatientI was admitted over nightWhen I asked about this over the phone they said it was due to the cpt code the doctor usedI do not think I should have to pay a $fee for a code that what entered incorrectly

Review: I bought a eye glasses from this business for my son on May *, 2014. On July *, 2014 My son was in the process of putting on the eye glasses when one of the handles detached from completely from the frame. My wife called the store on July *, 2014 and explained the situation and asked if the glasses could be repaired. The [redacted] then stated without even looking at the glasses that the only option is for us to purchase another frame for about $200. On July **, 2014 I took the glasses to the store and showed the store [redacted] the damage and asked if it could repaired. I explained that the eye glasses was obviously defective because nothing was broken, the handle just simply detached from the frame. The store [redacted] proceeded to be very rude and disrespectful and told me he would not exchange or repair the defective glasses. While I was attempting to figure out how to remedy the situation he turned his back, walked away, and went into a small office and closed the door behind him leaving me standing at the counter. Since I had no option at that point and I am not a violent person I simply left his store.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate it if the store [redacted] would replace the defective glasses, or refund the money to the insurance company. My son is still left without a glasses as I write this because I cannot afford to purchase another glasses for him to wear.
