Order arrived 4 days late after paying $60 extra for expedited service. Customer service "manager" took 30 hours to return call. UnprofessionalLast week I placed an order online with this company. I paid $60 extra for rush processing and two day delivery. The order was supposed to be completed on Wed. and arrive on Friday. I received it the following Tuesday. I called the company Monday morning, they waited 30 hours to return my call. When they did, the "customer service" manager was unprofessional, rude, and said it was not their fault. Even though I paid $60 to get this order rushed to me, no refund was offered. I still had to pay the full amount after receiving it four days late. When I finally received a call back, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and argued with me for 15 minutes. She just went on and on about it was not her responsibility. I was a dissapointing experience all around, and I will not do business with this company again. The "manager" would not do anything for me, offered no assistance, and was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Desired Settlementcomplete refund of orderBusiness Response The customer paid $60 for super rush processing and 2day [redacted] shipping. We printed and shipped the order the same day we received it, Feb 25th. It was shipped as requested and paid for, the 2day [redacted] shipping. The tracking that was sent to the customer via e-mail the day he spoke with customer service proves that this is fact. I apologize that the tracking was not sent automatically to the customer via email when it shipped. Due to winter weather [redacted] did not pick up from our facility and we actually went to a different location to make sure that this package was mailed out the same day the order came in.As a company, we have no control over the[redacted] and what happens to the package after it is handed over to [redacted]. A refund of the shipping fee was offered to the customer during the phone call and they refused it.Our company is closed over the weekend and it does take some time to return phone calls and e-mails from a 2 day backlog and field Monday calls as well. Customer service was doing their best to return calls as quickly as possible.Consumer Response Taking into consideration the above response from the vendor, they still want nothing to do with an apology or mistake on their part. I spent an outrageous $125+ on 30 cardboard invitations, and in return received an order that was late, offered poor customer service, no emails, and a follow up that was delayed to nothing more than one person in the entire company who returns calls. I would suggest to anyone wanting to use this company that they look elsewhere for a professional organization who cares about it's customers. Final Business Response As stated before the option to refund the price of the 2 day shipping was offered and refused. We still offer that due to [redacted] not following through on the 2 day shipping that was paid for.
