Review: I ordered a guest book and pen for my daughter. I paid for it and never received it. Instead of shopping elsewhere, I was dumb and reordered the product. I ordered and paid for it twice and have never received the product.

The first order was placed in April. The Second placed in May.

The live chat and telephone number of the company do not work. This is noted on their website. However, I have e-mailed them and been given no response. I informed them that I would contact the Revdex.com if return notification from them was not received within 48 hours.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund of the order.

I plan to find the guest book and pen from a different site as my daughter's wedding is quickly approaching. I would also like to see that they are informed that this is not the correct way to run a business, especially considering the type of items they are attempting to provide. This has caused a large amount of stress for my daughter. Stress, that she does not need.

Review: I purchased a piece of jewelry on January 30, 2014 to wear to a wedding and after waiting a few weeks I contacted the business owner, [redacted] via email to find out when I could expect the item. I was told that the item was on back order and I could order something else if I liked. Since I wanted that item, I looked for it elsewhere and found it on the website of another company. I called them to see if they had it available. The business owner called be right away and told me that the jewelry was discontinued and was no longer available. I emailed [redacted] again and told her that I found out the jewelry was no longer available, there was not anything else on her website that I was interested in, and that I would like my money refunded. Since that request for a refund on February 19, 2014, I have emailed her at least seven times and she has failed to respond to any of my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like my money ($46.99) refunded and an apology for ignoring my emails.
