I am rejecting this response because: First of all, there are no third party involved on this matter. I was searching for an arbitration company but I have not decided to go in that direction as of yet. Lets address one issue at a time: 1) The mold pictures were taken after the cleaning crew cleaned the AC units. Either they didn't clean them right or their is still a leak somewhere which is creating more mold. Trendmaker is not accepting responsibility for the new mold issues 2) The floors had one year warranty and they have not even lasted one year. The floors are coming off the ground and per Trendmaker warranty documents, I have one year to make a claim. My floors fail trendmaker own specifications. They refuse to make things right. Please see my flooring inspection 3) AC units have not been balanced. There is still a degree difference between on side of the room to the other. trendmaker has attempted to fix it but have failed everytime 4) Stucco on the house has been coming off the walls since we purchased the house. In fact, they have spent almost trips to fix part of it and they refused to fix the rest. Since day one, they have installed it wrong and refuse to take responsibility. 5) Drainage has been wrong since they one. Nothing has drown on that side of the house since we have purchased the home. They have not been able to explain why the water collects there which will cause foundation issues in the future. They have also set the sprinkler system so its not like we are at fault here but they refuse to take responsibility for that as well. 6) Cabinet colors were not matching since day one. We were told we had an entire year to claim our warranty by service rep from trendmaker but that has been denied as well. In fact, they even refused to fix the cabinet paint in areas where their contractors damaged the paint. I have shown this to both service rep and manager from trendmaker 7) Framing of the house is shacking when we close exterior doors. trendmaker has refused to come even inspect this issue. They believe the house was put together right in the first place. If that was the case, they AC units should not have required trips, the front door shouldn't have required trips before the issue was resolved, the drive way would still be the original driveway, four windows would not have been replaced and mold would not have been discovered in the home. Many other times to list but I only have minutes to type it all 8) The windown that was replaced in my daughters room does not match the others. The original one did. Please see their youtube video that shows my daughters window matching the rest of the house and now its not. I am waiting for trendmaker to make these resolutions for a little while longer before I take other actions

because: If Trendmaker was actively assisting me with issues in our home, they would come to us and speak to us about getting us our Mold report, which they have not, have someone take a look at our AC units that is still showing a much larger degree differential than code allows, They would make sure our AC units are sealed so no more mold would grow but as you can see form the document I have provided to you that mold is still a factor on our AC units, they would have sent someone to repaint our cabinets and fix them to where they are no longer coming off of the wall they are attached on, they would fix our drainage instead of blaming it on a sprinkler system they have set up timers on, they would fix our flooring which they refuse to look at since I have sent them my own inspection report, they would fix our stucco since stucco material is literally falling off the walls and cracking all over the exterior of the house, they would replace our window that does not match the rest of the house which it did when we first bought our home. Instead of helping us, Trendmaker called my employer to have them stop me from putting a report on the Revdex.com website.Please see few pictures I have included and literally have hundreds more if you need them

I am rejecting this response because: Not only has Trendmaker denied any repair or replacement requested but they have also called my employer to intimidate me into accepting a resolution that is below their minimum standard. We have requested third party inspections of our floors, stucco, frame, drainage, mold inspections, etc but they have declined it. They cant even tell me if any third party inspections have been done in our home before the house was completedWe were promised 3rd party inspection but the home was not built to code on many levels. The inspector that Trendmaker has sent for flooring admitted on camera that they have to take Trendmaker side since they are Trendmakers in house inspectors and almost all of their business comes from Trendmaker. The inspector for Mold, which almost 100% of their business comes from Trendmaker and they really didn't have a mold inspection back ground, only suggested to wipe down the mold instead of finding the cause of the issue. This is the 3rd time we have mold in our homeThe mold inspectors do not have our interest in mind. We are still waiting for them to give us a green light to hire a 3rd party inspector to conduct a full inspection of floors, windows, frame, drainage, mold, AC units, etc. If Trendmaker believes they have put their best foot forward and have built us a great product, why wouldn't they want an independent set of eyes on this home so we can resolve all these issues once and for all??!? What are they afraid of? Why would they call my employer and share very private details to intimidate me instead of finding a solution to make a client happy? We may be forced to find an attorney at this point but we are hopeful we don't have to

The HVAC system has been serviced and balanced by a professional HVAC company. The cleaning of the exterior of the units was performed by a licensed remediation company, based on the recommendation of a licensed third party environmental firm. After cleaning the units, the units were inspected by the licensed third party environmental firm whom reported the units to be clean of visual mold. The air in the home was also tested by the licensed third party environmental firm whom reported acceptable levels of airborne mold spore counts.   The paint on the cabinets was accepted at the time of purchase. Offers to adjust the cabinets were made but rejected. The side of the home is properly sloped to drain properly. The condition of the wood flooring was inspected and found to be in acceptable condition  at the time of closing. The stucco on the home meets the performance standards for stucco. The doors with the exterior glass were a replacement of previous doors with the same doors as were installed originally. Though Trendmaker disagrees with the claims made, Trendmaker has engaged the warranty administration company's dispute resolution process in attempt to resolve all disputes.

Trendmaker has offered to participate in the warranty resolution program but Mr. [redacted] has declined. Trendmaker will honor its written warranty and would like to have the warranty company engage in the resolution process as required by the warranty.   Sincerely, [redacted] Trendmaker Homes
