Invoice Audit Services

Review: I have been incorrectly sent to Invoice Audit Services for collections repeatedly by [redacted]. I was advised each time by the company this was their error & clearly not my fault. HOWEVER I have been constantly harassed via phone by [redacted] at this collection agency. He demands money, won't listen to me when I try to explain I'm working with [redacted] and this is an error, he calls and hangs up then calls back several times. I get messages of just back ground noises and when I do speak to him and inform him that he's harassing me his reply is merely again asking for money! I have a newborn and regardless their behavior is UNACCEPTABLE! I am also filing a complaint on [redacted]Desired Settlement: I'd like to have this [redacted] gentleman reprimanded for his actions, his company aware of how he's treating people he's calling and to make him aware this is uncalled for!!
