Communication up front was good, and they came by for a quote. promised to get back to me in 3 days, and then never heard from them again. Followed up by email, and my email went ignored. If they won't return calls when you are trying to give them your business, imagine what it's like when you have a problem that needs to be solved. Terrible way to run a business and a waste of my time.
