Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [redacted] I am not disputing the fact that they refunded the item purchased [redacted] I am disputing the following: Upon Inweddingdress.com's agreement to accept the return of the merchandise, I asked for a prepaid label as it was going to cost me $USD to return the dress to them in China Inweddingdress.com responded on [redacted] *** via an email from [redacted] ***: "Please mail the item that you do not pay for back immediately, on receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect its quality, if it is never been used or worn, and still at its original conditions, we will agree to refund the transaction and also pay for the shipping fee (please provide us the shipping fee receipt when you returned the merchandise) [redacted] ***Sincerely, INWEDDINGDRESS [redacted] *** [redacted] *** *** [redacted] [redacted] I replied with this email on [redacted] "***, Ok, just to make sure we understad eachother please confirm that:- Your company will reimburse 100% of the original cost of the dress ( $ [redacted] USD)and - Your company will reimburse 100% of the return shipping costs upon receipt of the dress and contingent that it has not been worn or used.Yes?Thank you,***" Inweddingdress.com replied on [redacted] "Dear ***, On receipt of the returned merchandise and confirmed its original condition, yes, we will refund the full item back and the shipping fee involved [redacted] ***Sincerely, INWEDDINGDRESS [redacted] *** [redacted] *** *** [redacted] [redacted] As you can see from the email chain, they agreed to reimburse the return shipping fee I did as they asked and included the receipt for $from the United States Postal Service in the package They have not reimbursed the shipping fee as they said they would do I have the entire email chain with dates and times proving that they agreed to reimburse the return shipping fee Regards, *** [redacted]

Although buyer purchased a custom made dress, in order to provide the best purchase experience, we can provide return or refund serviceFull refund will be credited on receipt of the intact, unused returned merchandise

On receipt of the returned merchandise, we have refunded the transaction in full amount $[redacted] US dollars including the merchandise price and shipping fee back to buyer's Credit Card Company. Inweddingdress.com responded on [redacted] via an email from [redacted]:
"Please mail the item that you do not pay for back immediately, on receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect its quality, if it is never been used or worn, and still at its original conditions, we will agree to refund the transaction and also pay for the shipping fee (please provide us the shipping fee receipt when you returned the merchandise).
