Review: Clinic has misdiagnosed problem with our cat. They are very unprofessional and after three visits and over $1000.00 spent trying to save this poor cats life over the last 6 weeks, they have told us to take her to another clinic or put her to sleep. The supposedly, doctor that we saw, to say the least, is very inexperienced and the most unprofessional person I have ever met. If I owned this business, she would be immediately terminated. I will not only file this compliant here, but also with the Board of Veterinary Professionals for the state of **. I will give this business ample time through this complaint to refund all monies spent on nothing. If they do not respond accordingly, than we will proceed with the next step.Desired Settlement: Total Refund. They have already told us to take our pet elsewhere, so the only resolution is a total refund.
