ORDER RECEIVED MUCH FASTER THAN I ANTICIPATED PRODUCT NOT YET USED

I received my sand filter valve in a timely manner and will install it today
It could have been packaged better - it was put loose into a box with the clamp and sealing o-ring also loose The box was poorly sealed with tape - almost completely detached upon receipt
Disappointing, and next time I will look at other sources Sorry

I was not able to find enough information on the product I was looking for, but after chapping with one of the representatives, who was very helpful, the product was located and ordered It came in within the time promised, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience

Purchased a motor and backwash valve less than a year ago. Valve has already been replaced because it wasn't the correct one. Motor is now going out. Called and told I had to take the motor off and take pictures and pay for shipping. I could order a new one and pay for it and wait for reimbursement. Not happening. The gentleman that answered the phone didn't even give his name till I asked. Disconnected the call when I knew that my problem wasn't going to be resolved.

I am so impressed with the quality of the custom tarp I purchased and with the service I have received from INYO Pools. I had a lot of communication trouble with a couple of other companies I had originally inquired with at first. After a month of dealing with them, I gave up and started the search again and found INYO. The staff are polite, helpful, and quick to respond to my questions. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
