We never received this complaint and I have no record of the customer contacting us I left her a message to call me

The GSRCAC card reader is a plug and play device as far as the hardwareYou must contact a military help desk for DOD and site certificate setupYou can also go to

They said that they did not receive any emails, however they did starting from 14 March 2017 through 5 April 2017 concerning the fact that I could not get it to operate.  The last person was Larry that I had email contact with.  I was told to resend all the information that I had already sent four times and never got anything resolved.  Then they said that they called, that never happened either.

Have now left 5 voice mail messages for this customer . Every time  I call I get voice mail . We have tried everything on this end to contact this customer. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The reason this response is unacceptable is because the company, IOGEAR, intentionally applies a defective label that starts rubbing off immediately and within just 6 weeks of daily use the label is all but gone. By two months it's completely gone so the company cannot say it stands behind its products when it intentionally makes it impossible to read the serial number from the product itself and will not accept the serial number from the box it came in. This company is a fraud and should be prosecuted vigorously under the law for fraud and false advertising. A class action suit repaying all those who bought their products would be a good first start in making this right.
