Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This information provided from Mr Jason is completely falsifiedI have three witness at the time of this incident that was present at my home at the time of the incident they all where a huge part of helping and getting buckets & containers to put in place to try to prevent the water from going to next level of my house They all witnessed and heard the technician state that it was all his fault and that he already made contact with his Boss to inform him of the incidentThere are no broken pipes in my bathroom never where, this isolated incident was caused by The Technician neglecting to shut off the water value for the toilet The Technician openly admitted that this was his mistake and how awful he felt because he caused all of this and he continuously apologized repeatedly If there was water still in the line from the tub or the shower or sink as a professional plumber he should have been a little more precocious before removing the toiletPerhaps by vacuuming the access water out of the pipe lines first before removing the toilet this could have possibility prevented this water damageI would only figure that as a professional plumber that just maybe you take certain precautions when it comes to dealing with clogged drains. In regards to Jason getting in touch with us is totally fabricated, along with the statement stating that he informed Mr.W*** of the end result of this incident isn't true eitherMy husband tried many times to contact Jason in regards to this issue after we were informed by Jason that he would have someone to come out to get an appraisal on these damages Jason at this point began to avoid all of our calls and never responded to any of our voicemail messages, in fact my husband tried calling him from another unknown number due to him not answering his calls from the listed number that was on fileMy husband was able to get in contact with him from the unknown number and after my husband Identified himself he was placed on hold and never returned to the callCharles tried to return the call immediately and Jason never answered the phone I began to make several calls as well and it was the same no response to any of my callsRegardless of an unforeseen situation that occurred the fact still remains that it was caused by an employee from Ion Construction CompanyI feel that the customer should not have to be inconvenienced or at a lost for any actions that their company was liable for and caused major damages to our home.Jason stated that he tried contacting Choice Warranty Company and that they never responded to himI would like to know the dates because I will also be filing a complaint to The Cooperate Office of Choice Warranty to question the process of obtaining reputable companies to represent their companyRegardless of how much the service call covered this is irrelevant in regards to the customer, that matter has nothing to do with the customer this is a contract agreement that you have between your company and Choice WarrantyWe do not set the fee amounts Ion Construction Company should value each customer that they service and treat their homes with much more respect this is truly unacceptableIf this company valued their reputation they would most certainly take responsibility in this manner and correct the damages that was caused by their employee.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This response is a total lie, they never
tried to contact me and I have phone records to prove this.  I also have a text messages from the business
responding to my text telling me that they would come out the next day (Dated
08/11/2015 1:16PM) but they never showed up and there was no other
communication until I contacted them on 08/28/2015.  This
business never followed through on the service they were supposed to provide
and caused tremendous harm and discomfort to my entire family as well as
financial loses.  I guarantee that if I
didn’t pay in full they would have come back the next day and completed the
job.  Also, the age & condition of the
unit have nothing to do with the real problem here, if the work would have been
completed properly and if the business would have followed through like they
were supposed then this all could have been avoided.  This business has acted irresponsibly and now
they are lying to cover their tracks.  This
is not about money for me, my wife and I make a very good living.   I feel
like I’ve been taken advantage off and want to caution other consumers from having
the same horrendous experience.
The only scam here is Ion Construction and
their ownership.
Regards,

I never said that the water was from broken pipes. I said that the technician had explained to me that after he had emptied the tank and bowl of any extra water after turn the water valve off that there was water in the waste line pipes that were in the floor. Those pipes had water in them that could not be removed due to the fact that they both run into the toilet hub which was clogged and that was the reason why [redacted] warranty had us out there to begin with. As far as are employee apologizing, he was stressed because of all of the water that came out of the waste line from the toilet. The customer is completely lieing about the fact that the water valve not being turned off. It was turned off before he started to empty the water out of the toilet and then remove the toilet. What the customer is not realizing is that there was enough water in the pipes to cause this problem and there was back pressure holding the water in place until the toilet was removed. Once again are tech took every precaution to try and unclog the waste line before having to pull the toilet.  And the fact that this customer is trying to lie about him and say he didn't turn a water valve off is ridiculous. I spoke to him right when this happened and ask him exactly what he had done. And once he explained the clog to me I knew it was from the shower and vanity sink waste lines that were under pressure.  Once again we are only a sub-contractor for [redacted] warranty. Any claims should be directed to them.

this is a [redacted] warranty call that came from [redacted] warranty. my tech that went out did everything that he was supposed to do for the job. there was no water line to turn off. when he went to pull the toilet that was completely clogged that he had already tried to snake several times....

after he snaked the toilet several times he then emptied the toilet of any and all water in the tank and in the bowl it self. at that point the water was already turned off at the toilet. when he pulled the toilet the water that was left in the pipe from the tub and the pipe from the vanity sink began to come out of the toilet hub and came out on to the floor. at that point he stopped what he was doing and began to clean up the water.  at no point did this have to do with a pipe that was broke or a water pipe that was left on. we tryed to explain to the customer that there would be no way of taking the water out of the piping in the floor in order not to forsee this situation.  i did tell the husband that I would call choice and let them know the situation that happen at the job. which I did. they have insurance for this type of thing and thats what I explained to the home owner. after talking to the husband twice about this matter and letting him know that I contacted choice. I didnt hear from him after that. this was an unforseen situation and we are just sub-contractors for [redacted] warranty. we would like to have the matter resolved but do not feel that are company that makes $45.00 for a service call should be responsible for a situation that couldn't be dealt with any other way. we were there  to unclog a toilet. Any questions please call me at ###-###-####. Thank you, Jason M[redacted]

There was no lie in this response.  The fact is that when this customer who was a friend before this job, called us and we came right out after regular hours to help him with his situation.  And he had actually said how nice it was that he could seem like a big shot to his wife. That he was able to make a phone call and have someone out there within an hour at that time of night. We don't do that for regular customers. After all of the work that we had done was completed I asked at least 2 times if we could com ed back during normal business hours due to our schedules and he would not work with us. Now if anyone should know how to rip someone off it would be [redacted] why not check his so called company and see where how there customers feel with the latest of service they were provided. It's completely documented. [redacted]. So basically that's why I said in the first place that this gentleman was trying to scam our company out of our hard earned money that we earn by doing legitimate business for many of our customers and there families. Plus we have the reviews and the references to back up that staement. Hopefully the Revdex.com. Can actually see thru the bs. That's coming from this customer.  Any questions please call or email. Thank you and have a nice day.

This customer got exactly what they pay for as in his complaint he said it we perform to leak test and put in six and a half pounds of refrigerant we charge $55 a pound for refrigerant $75 for service fee and are leak  test is 185. Now after that I tried to reach out to the customer at least a...

couple times to schedule to go back there and at which point there was no contact from the customer. What he's trying to do right now is basically pull scam he knew he had an older unit that was totally neglected by the customer it was not taken care of properly he knew that when we went over there and now he's trying to scam our company out of the money that he had to pay for his system if there's any questions please give me a call ###-###-####
