Customer Support is Nil
I have sent several emails to no avail, about a Iottie wireless charger issue. No response. I have tried to fill out a customer service ticket, but I am elderly and having issues uploading the original receipt. Now what?

I purchased my car mount from Walmart and I am very dissatisfied with it, not only will it not hold my phone I attempted to remove to base off my dashboard which has ruin my dashboard, taking a piece off the dashboard which will cost me, to replace this was on my Lexus. I hope there is some reimbursement to the cost it will take to fix. By the way this was the second one I tried.

I bought the iOttie HLCRIO125RT Easy One Touch 4 Car Holder this past August (2018). Its only been just over 2months and the mount is falling off my dashboard. The glue that keeps the mount on the dash as well as the glue that that keeps the mount to the bottom piece that goes on the car as eroded. Neither will stick any longer. :(

can forward your order number, proof of purchase over to us we can work on finding a way to get you a refund (if the seller is not iOttie it may prove difficult but we will make it work). This issue is still not 100% resolved, we do not know what causes it, we do know after time it should go away and for the meantime all we can do is wait for it to come back up. I know a simple I am sorry will not suffice for such a bad experience, however, I am sure this has bared you away from all iOttie products. If you want we can send you out an iTap Magnetic Air Vent Mount along with a RapidVolt Car Charger since these will not be placed near the dashboard. Thank you for your time. If the customer can provide us with proof of purchase, as we cannot find the order number provided (it was sold directly by [redacted]) then we can figure out the best course of refunding. Also, in regards to the dashboard damage we normally ask the customer to wait 1-2 months as the ring does go away on its own in time. If the ring is not gone by this time we can then look into the best course of action in regards to fixing the dashboard. Please have the customer send us a most updated picture of the ring on the dashboard. If the problem does not resolve within the next month please provide us with quotes of the damage for the dashboard and we will investigate further.

Review: iOttie Easy One Touch 2 Car Mount purchased on Dec **, 2014 damaged the dashboard of my [redacted] 2015 GTI which is newly leased. The mount was put on my dashboard for a period of one week after which I removed it for cleaning. The mount left a ring and bump on my dashboard which I am unable to remove (see: [redacted]). After contacting my [redacted] dealership I was informed that the damage must be repaired or I will face a penalty fee for my lease. I have contacted iOttie regarding this situation and after providing requested pictures of damage I received no further response. Last response was on Jan **, 2015. I have made three attempts to solicit a response since and have not received any.Desired Settlement: I wish for a full refund of the iOttie Easy One Touch 2 Car Mount and either A) reimbursement of repairs to dashboard to restore to factory condition or B) reimbursement of penalty fee for damage of leased vehicle.

Review: I placed an order from this company back on November **, 2013. I received the order on November **, 2013. The product did not meet my expectation and is not the fit they describe on the site. This is an iphone 5S case, Model is Sprinkle protective case cover ([redacted]). I have called the company numerous times and inform them that I will like to return the product I've also email then numerous occasions and still today I am waiting for a shipping label to be email to me. I like to point out that they also advertised "Satisfaction Guaranteed. I am very unhappy with the customer services I have receive from then, this is why I decided to summit this complaints.Desired Settlement: I will like to return the product and receive my money back so I can take my business to another company.

I contacted the company on July *, to inquire on the shipment and received the following response:

to the government holiday, USPS has not been able to ship out our
orders from last week yetHowever, USPS picked up our shipments on
Thursday last weekPlease give the tracking number another day or
two to update itself and for USPS to ship out your order

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for contacting usI apologize for the inconveience caused
by the delayThe reason it took me time to respond was because you
deserve better than just a template "I am sorry for the inconvenience"
and I wanted to provide you with the most accurate and detailed
informationMy supervisor discovered the true issue yesterday
afternoon and explained it to meThis email is an apology, as well as
the truth of what had actually happened with our system
We had experienced a few internal shipping errors within our
warehouseThe warehouse was out of boxes and never notified us here
at the customer service officeWe were viewing the "shipped" status
in our system, so we thought the orders were shipped already
However, they were only prepared and waiting on the shipping boxes so
USPS could pick them up
Unfortunately since the shipping label was printed, our system thinks
we already shipped out your order and already sent you its shipping
confirmation pageThis was where the mis-communication and errors
developed on our endSince we thought the orders were shipped, we
assumed it was USPS lagging in their system updateWe then asked our
warehouse what was going on and they said USPS could not pick them up
yetAgain we had some mis-communication; we assumed USPS was not
picking them up due to their own logistic errors; although the fact
was that USPS could not pick up the orders since they were not packed
in the shipping boxes
The only way to see if it finally went out, would be to track it with
the tracking number provided on the original confirmation e-mailI
apologize again; I know this is unacceptable and it does not make the
errors okay
I apologize for the inconvenience, We are shipping out the orders as
fast as we canPlease re-check the tracking on MondayIf the
product still has not shipped please e-mail us so we can find out what
is going on
Again, I apologize for the inconveience causedWe will be making
internal changes to make sure this does not happen again in the
futureWe will be managing our warehouse supplies in our business
office from now on
I know this does not fix our errors, but I assure you that the entire
iOttie, Inchas learned from this situation and will take new
precautions to keep this from occurring again

I checked the status today (July **) and it is the still the sameI have contacted the company again and requested that my product be shipped via priority shipping overnight to resolve this issueI have not heard back from them yet
Several other people have complained online of the same issues with their product shipping and have received the same "canned responses"
