Ive tried to explain to this company I piurchased bottlesThey were not expired when I got themThey didnt work, when I wrote to them, I found one had expired 5/1/& I wrote to them by 5/4/I do not accept their explanation!

communication sent to the customer.   Our safety call center has also attempted to contact the customer in regards to the event she experienced, yet have also not been able to reach her.  The customer is welcome to contact us at her earliest convenience to resolve the issue.  The contact details for the safety call center and company are included in the attached letter.  In the future she may contact the company via a variety of options including the mailing address on the product label, social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc and the [redacted] Community and Shop available on the [redacted] website.   We hope that this addresses the customers primary concerns with her complaint.  Iovate Safety Assurance
