Iowa Auto Glass

My insurance company initially contacted Iowa Auto Glass out of Des Moines the end of January to replace my driver side door window,they showed up to replace my window (the tech was very nice)Febuary A few days with my new window the window started to spider.After many many phone calls and months later they replaced itAgain a few days later the same thing starts to happen again,many many many phone calls later messages being left for Jason he has never returned my calls in fact he has hung up on me twice.I had asked for several opinions from other dealerships and my mechanic on why this would be happening after Jason accused me of breaking my own window he finally agreed to send me a refund after I informed him no one would open the panel up due to if this case would go to court Jason could use it against me by saying they could have caused the spidering of my windowWe are now in the middle of August and I am still waiting for my refund so I can take my business else where
