On October 29,2014 a representative came to the house to give us an estimate for some work we were wanting done. First, he was late, Second, after telling him what we wanted done he looked at the furnace, took a couple of measurements and out the door he went,. He was only at our house for maybe 10 minutes. We were curious to see what kind of estimate we were going to get seeings how he really didn't look at everything to see what all would have to be done. We were wanting all new duct work done, which is in our attic because we don't have a basement. Never did he look in the attic to see what was up there and what would have to be done. On Monday November 3 my husband called them to see when we would be getting the estimate they said it would be mailed to us. My question is when? As of today December 17 we have not received anything from them. All I would like to say is that they are too late, and lost out on a $2200.00 job. And that I would never recommend them to anyone.
