My mother in laws house had a little water, entering in two locations, in her early 1960's basement. There were stains on the paneling and water on the floor in two corners. She was also had two block walls that had severe deformity and needed to be replaced.
A friend of mine had used Iowa Foundation Repair to raise the back side of his garage that had settled, and was very satisfied with their work!
We gave [redacted] (Iowa Foundation Repair) a call, and he was at our location within a day or two to give an estimate. He throughly explained the procedure, what he would recommend, and gave us an estimate before he left that night.
We hired them to tile the inside perimeter and add a sump pump in a back corner, prior to having another contractor replace two concrete block walls.
When the excavation work was done outside, we had IFR core drill from the outside to the inside tile, through the footing. This would take the outside water to the inside tile, and back to the sump pit to be pumped outside and away from the house. This will relieve the outside hydraulic pressure that deformed the block wall and keep her basement dry!
I have been around construction all my adult life, and have never seen a crew more courteous and cleanly. They were on time, and he brought a crew that has worked together for quite a long time. The right hand knows what the left hand needs without being told what to do! The company is a well-greased machine. In today's world this kind of crew is hard to find!!

Iowa Foundation installed 4 anchors in out basement wall and a drain outside to help eliminate our water issues. They were done quickly and cleaned up when they were done.
