Iowa House Hotel-Ames

We booked a room that allowed cancellation with a $deductibleWe unfortunately had to cancel the room and received a confirmation email on 10/2/that we would be refunded $in one week.After contacting the hotel several times we still have not received the money Product_Or_Service: Hotel room

I made reservations at this hotel on July which I prepaid on my credit card and today (Sept.6)they called to tell me they cancelled the reservation
I prepaid for two nights reservation on July and today on SeptI received a voicemail from The Iowa House that they are overbooked and they terminated the reservation This was for ISU graduation weekend which means there are now no hotel rooms anywhere close which are available
