My husband and I just recently moved into a new house and finished redoing the backyard when we wanted to add landscape lighting to the project I called around and asked some people and this company was brought upSince its local I thought I would give it a tryThe person I talked to was extremely nice and helpfulI ordered LED light bulbs and fixturesWhen I received my order it was NOT what I had talked about to the rep, I expected a no problem return, they wanted to charge me a 35% restocking fee even tho I called someone and asked if I had everything I needed for the lights!! This ended up costing more than any other store, I was treated poorly when I wanted to return the equipmentThis companies prices aren't any better than the big box stores, *** *** or ***.comANY of those places will happily take returns and refund quickly the full purchase priceTHIS IS WHY BUYING FROM A SMALL COMPANY IS NOT A GOOD IDEAThey were happy to sell to a customer but if anything went wrong they wouldn't make it right, I wish I would have read reviews first!

I spoke with a representative from this company, she was very short and rudeI asked many questions about the LED lights that they sell, she was annoyedI ordered the LED lights from this company, when I received my order, they were the wrong lightsI returned themWhen I asked for my money back, she was rude again, but said I would receive a refundI never received a refundThis company has very poor customer service
