Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company has had this order since 12-7-which is PLENTY of time in my opinion to complete my order despite the reasons of Christmas rushI was promised to have a bag within weeks my order was placed and it is well beyond the six week periodI am tired of receiving the same email over and overIt is obvious the email is not a personal response but a "canned" messageMy mother was going to order an additional bag from this company but has since decided another because of the difficulties I am having with my order Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The company has had this order since 12-7-2017 which is PLENTY of time in my opinion to complete my order despite the reasons of Christmas rush. I was promised to have a bag within 6 weeks my order was placed and it is well beyond the six week period. I am tired of receiving the same email over and over. It is obvious the email is not a personal response but a "canned" message. My mother was going to order an additional bag from this company but has since decided another because of the difficulties I am having with my order.

 They will not answer or call back. Very very poor customer service. I do not recommend ordering from this company
