Malfunctioning equipment in the automatic wash bayMultiple failed attempts at contacting the business for a refund On July 4th I went to the Johnson Avelocation to get my car washedI choose the automatic wash bay and paid $with my debit cardI pulled into the bay and the wash beganRight after the equipment sprayed soap on my vehicle, the machine stopped and the exit sign came onI made multiple attempts at contacting the business to report the malfunction and to request a refundTwice I called the phone number that is posted on the door of the business and left a message with the answering service but have not gotten a call back from Iowa Wash yetNext I tried emailing them at the two email addresses posted along with the phone numberNeither email is a working addressI found their main office number on the Revdex.com site and have called a left a message there as well

I paid for a car wash and the unit was broke and would not let me get washed and no one has refunded my money
On April 9th 2016, I purchased a car wash for $for the automatic washAfter paying with my debit card ending in for *** ***, the door to the wash did not open and I was not able to have my car washed after paying for the washI then proceeded to call the number listed on the door and spoke to a woman who told me that the company would call me backI also emailed my situation to ***@iowawash.com as was posted on the door as well and to no avail I have not received a call back nor even an email response and it have been over a month since this happenedAll I want is my money back

This place took my money and when I called the number it said it was no longer availableI reached out via Facebook and nothingI also saw numerous other comments that were the same situation as mine

Car wash doesn't workLeaks all over, brushes are in shamblesVacuums have no suctionFacility is in complete neglect and disrepair
Summed up pretty well aboveSad to say I have been here several times hoping for something to work due to it's location close to my home
Customer services only response is "free wash next time"This does me no good when your wash and vacuum don't function, even remotely

There is no phone # on the business, but I got # from previous credit card purchase there I have called twice & left message, but no one calls me back The wash put soap on my car & then stopped working I had to get out of my car inside the wash bag to activate sensor to open door so I could get out of the wash bay Then I had to find another car wash to get the soap off my car before it ruined the paintDate 12-22-
I used a credit card for payment of $& I want a refund
