Review: I bought this building 3/2016 in may they finally show up after every excuse in the book twice of why they could not come and put up the building. They had several different crews and each other put the blame on the other why the building was incorrect. They returned 8/3/2016 after many complaints the crew took part of the building apart and told me it was put up wrong and the will be back in two weeks with also leaving sharp screws and scrap metal in my driveway. I do not know what else to do but ask for your help. There is a lot more to tell but hopefully this is enough to work withDesired Settlement: company to be responsible for any screws that cause us to have flat tires. and deduct cost of aggravation and time I have spent picking up over 50 screws in driveway left behind and repair the building correctly like it is supposed to be

This is a manufacturer's issue and not a sales issue. This customer did have some legitimate issues with his structure. We have corrected all of those issues as of last week. We have a call in to the customer today to ensure he is happy with his structure. The issues the customer has with the structure was some scratching on the trim and on 2 roof panels (these have been replaced), building was leaking (sealing gasket was left out but has been installed), building was out of level (it is customer's responsibility to have the job site level and this site is approximately 2' out of level front to back and 2' out of level side to side), screws left on job site (we attempt to pick up all dropped screws with a magnet but we do not get all of them. As you can see from the attached pictures, the work that was performed is totally unsatisfactory. These are only a few pictures of the issues that are still outstanding. The company states that the roof gasket was installed - it was never installed and the roof still leaks. The company never contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the repairs. The last crew that was here never made an attempt to pick up sheet metal screws and they left debris behind as shown in one of the attached photos. The removal of the sheet metal should not and is not our responsibility. We hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I have been in touch with the company and they have acknowledged the building was not installed properly. They are sending a crew out within the next 2 weeks to look at the issues to see what they need to repair the building. This was promised to us in the past. I do not want to close this complaint until all the repairs are done. I am willing to work with the company to get this corrected but it needs to be completed in a timely fashion.
