Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: That is not what the contract said or what I was told ***, [redacted] and [redacted] plus a few others told me different stories When I spoke to [redacted] she told me she would figure out my refund Then [redacted] told me that [redacted] had to figure out what my refund was because he had attended one class and because I was not in financial stress she was not going to push it thru for expedited processing Monday of this week [redacted] or Janice told me [redacted] was out of town and she would email me and process my refund [redacted] told me yesterday that she would email me before end of business and call me to let me know my refund Thus is a lie and a breach of contract If what you all said is true [redacted] would have told me that when I spoke to her after withdrawing my son from the programI have spoken to several people and they NEVER ONCE MADE MENTION OF THIS!!! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matterWe received your letter of withdrawal postmarked on 4/25/After reviewing the account and contact history, I can see that we reached out to you regarding this matter several times but were unable to reach youIt is always our intention to
provide a high level of customer service to all of our students and families.We reached out via the phone number you provided upon enrollment ending in #*** on 4/24/and the number was not in serviceWe then called you on 4/24/ on the phone number you provided upon enrollment ending in #*** and left a voicemail regarding your daughter's enrollment in the Academy and following up on her first class which she attended on 4/23/On 4/25/we called #*** again and spoke to your daughter and requested a call back from youWe called #*** again on 4/27/and the phone was working again, but your voicemail box was full and we were unable to leave a message for you.We then called phone number ending in #*** on 427/and left a voicemail stating that we had received the cancellation letter and were processing your withdrawal requestWe requested a phone call or email back, but to date have not received any communication from you. Per the terms of your enrollment agreement, the registration fee is non-refundable and 25% of the remaining tuition balance is due since your daughter started in her first class on 4/23/I have attached that agreement here for your reference to avoid any confusion.
