Complaint:... [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Yes [redacted] did apologize, but once again my husband and I was called & left a message to come into the dealership to sign more documents that was not presented to us on Saturday 17, 2016 which was suppose to be the final finalization of this vehicle loan. So yes we have had to once again take time out of our family time, working and busy schedule to go into the dealership to sign and hopefully this time finalize on all documents. Not to mention that during this whole process from September 01, 2016 up to currently they had submitted our social security number to multiple financial institutions which ran our credit and has made our score drop tremendously. So no we are not happy or satisfied with this dealership and the way they conduct business with there members. Regards, [redacted]

INGRAM PARK AUTO CENTER TAKES ALL COMPLAINTS VERY SERIOUSLY.
[redacted], General Manager of IPAC-Chrysler, wanted to explain the following.
The sunroof was requested by Miracle Body and Paint and the charge...

to them
was $252.74 and that repair was completed.  Repaired wire to sunroof at switch.
Also, in regards to the Maintenance Package, it was purchased for $520.00 and
has been getting used.
I will be more than happy to purchase a Mopar Oil Change 1-year contract at
dealership cost and he can take his Dodge Dart to any Chrysler dealership.  If,
Mr. [redacted] still has additional oil changes on current contract.  I will provide a 2
year Mopar Oil Change contract at my expense.  Mr. [redacted] can contact [redacted]
[redacted], IPAC-Chrysler’s Service Manager, or [redacted], IPAC-Chrysler’s General

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  The new motor is still stuttering and when going up a hill the transmission will not shift to the right gear and does not accelerate.  Every time I start the car, I  have to let it sit for exactly 2 minutes and while waiting it goes through a vibration while the engine still in idle.  even though they have already changed the battery, the transmission and engine issues should have been resolved already. I have been going back and forth with this problem. All I wanted was a issue free vehicle but what irritated me was when the director of Service by the name of [redacted] who took care of the matter assured me that I will never have any issues with my vehicle. It is frustrating for me and taking my time off my work taking care of the same issue. I know that the technicians are doing their due diligence in fixing my vehicle but being assured for something and not accepting that they made an error is so hard for me to comprehend being a large company. It is also an issue with my safety specially when the engine conked out while traversing the freeway.
Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Although Mr. [redacted] reached out to me by phone , he left a message on phone that I never received. I went to the dealership on my own after experiencing the hesitation of the vehicle on Mon Aug 22.  We were unable to duplicate the sound as the car was all ready warmed up. He processed to inform me that there is a regional fuel specialist that serves all of South Texas and he would put in a request to have my car looked at on his next trip. On August 24 2016 he left a message stating that the fuel specialist we be in San Antonio either the week of Sept 12 or Sept 19 and that he will call to set up a tentative apt to look at my car.  I want to response to this message before the 6 days were over to at least a response was on file. But this does not mean this problem is resolved yet.
Respectfully,
[redacted]
