Product received only had a passing resemblance to the reproduction ordered. The colors, brush strokes, and painting style were all wrong. I received the delivery, opened the box, got the return authorization number, and UPS picked it up, all with 4 hours.

After seven (7) business days I contacted the company for a status of my refund, or an explanation of whether it would come as check, or be returned to the credit card, and the timing of the refund. NO RESPONSE. When I was purchasing the item their response was immediate, or within 18 hours so it feels they are intentionally ignoring and/or delaying the refund.
Immediate refund as per their online 5-Star Guarantee return policy. "If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of your invoice date for a prompt and courteous refund of your purchase price, less the actual shipping and handling costs to ship the order to you. All returns must be sent to us freight prepaid."
A full refund was processed to the customer's PayPal account. In fact, the customer e-mailed us that she was withdrawing the complaint, since the full refund was given to her promptly.
Company contacted me today and processed a full refund. Sometimes filing a complaint really speeds things up. If refund does not hit account within a couple of days I will elt you know, otherwise this issue should be closed.
Excellent reproductions of famous artwork. Prompt service, and delivery of art is within a reasonable time frame considering the work that has to be done in reproducing these beautiful oil paintings. I have done a considerable amount of business with Global Art over the years and I have never been disappointed.
We ordered three paintings. After a reasonable waiting period, they arrived well packed and in excellent condition. We are so happy to have these beautiful Van Gogh paintings in our home. As much as we appreciate seeing them in Paris, it is a thrill to have them here for us and our friends to see every day. We expect to receive the custom portrait piece we ordered shortly. We are very happy with the photo proof we received. The prices are very reasonable for such work. Before I had a chance to hang them, I misplaced one of the hangers. They replaced it for me immediately. It was lost in the mail - I only got an empty torn envelope. With one call, another was on the way and the paintings went up. We will order again
I'm very satisfied with the quality of art at Global. I've had many comments on the paintings I have on my walls and they are definitely a relatively inexpensive way to beautify your home. I was so thrilled with the buy 1 get 2 free offer that I have purchased 3 more paintings. I thought I had exhausted my search for an even more amazing painting than I already purchased. There is so much selection that I found 3 more paintings that I absolutely love.
I have ordered thirteen pieces of art from Global Wholesale Art and as agreed six of those were delivered to me last week. They were perfectly shipped without damage and the shipper placed them on my porch in order to be assured they would not be damaged by the weather but the real treat came when opened. I was awe-strickened by the beauty of the six pieces and so totally amazed at the quality. As an artist I appreciate how the artist-in-residence took so much time and care to reproduce the work of the masters. My VanGogh's self portrait literally took my breath.
