To whom it may concern,Regarding this issue with *** *** at the location of *** *** *** *** Kingston PA *** has been resolved on 11/22/with repairs being done and an agreement with (Frank) on 11/16/with an investigation with our driver and construction company air tite on this
matter. On 9/23/our driver Bill delivered a roll off can to above address. At the time of delivery, co-owners Frank was there watching when can was delivered as he told driver where he wanted it. On 10/10/our driver picked up can for removal. The can was not hitting no wall, but we do believe that when construction company opened door on can it swung open and was what hit the wall. The picture that was taken was on 10/10/-- the can was delivered on 9/23/-- THE OWNER SEEN DRIVER SET CAN DOWN AND WAS OK WITH IT. Our can was pushed back further then when it was delivered as seen in grassy area, dirt and grass sods pushed from wheels. Anyway *** had called me and expected to just take fault for damage without seeing it. I asked her where was the damaged wall, she quoted she had the construction workers throw it in dumpster. I had set up a date to meet them at 4pm not 4:30. I was at there address at 3:pm and waited until 4:pm and left as I had other appointments. They state I wasn't there but was because I described house to a point, there dogs by breed. We had finally to resolve the headache to just make the repair that we are not taking fault in to stop the phone calls from them. I had called Frank told him we will be dropping off material and the following week to be over to put it up due to inclement weather. I did not use any language in foul ways. I had said He'll have to wait a few days to get back. In place, (NOT HELL). The way we were treated way unfairly too by her. The wall is now up and in place it took us an hour to replace.
