Lack of customer satisfaction, and poor quality business, as things presently stands
A few days prior to June 10, 2016, I visited the Ipawn shopA young Caucasian Gentleman assisted in demonstrating the volume and working order of a four disc Bose CD player, for an outdoor family event scheduled for Independence Day Weekend in ***On 6/10/16, I decided to put the cd player on layaway, paying $down on the total cost of $plus taxOn 6/25/16, I picked up the cd player from layawayI never removed the cd player from my car that plans were to take it miles to *** assisted during the pickup of the cd playerAfter arriving in ***, 6/29/I decided to learn the operations of the cd playerDuring that time, I learned that disc, two, three and four did not perform properlyI contacted ***, who directed me to bring the cd player back to the store that Ipawn's technician would be in the next day, on Thursday and would check it out
Scott of little rock sometimes Benton location purposely sadistically and purposely lies to screw you so you eventually loose your items. He put a note on my account saying he called all numbers on file but never did and end loosing an item because of him.. Then again when I called I heard him and his colleagues Childishly making fun of my question
