Worst on-line billpay company I have enter encounteredThey can accidentally remove money from your bank account but cannot put it back or cover stop-payment feesFortunately, they only doubled up on my mortgage but now I need to find a bank that doesn't use their services
This is a very unprofessional company. Representatives are unreliable, and so is the service. I had recurring payments set up for the 3rd of every month. However, what they don't tell you is that they process the checks several days early so that there is always a possibility that the check will be presented for payment BEFORE your scheduled date, leading to overdraft fees for both yourself and the payee! Calling customer service is a waste of time, as they are EXTREMELY unhelpful. Looks like since this is the only bill pay that my bank uses (after switching from a previously well running system) that I will have to switch to a bank that does NOT utilize this company. Awful, terrible service and support. DO NOT USE I Pay Solutions for ANY reason.
