Ms*** was in our office about two days ago She was happy with the service and she gave us her new phone number which we had the old one and it was out of serviceHer new number is *** *** *** ,she was in the hospital for two month and the previous number
which we had was expired. We talked to her about minutes ago and she asked us to give you her new number.She was happy about our service and she is looking for time to remove this complain
She got her device back two days ago and it is working great and she is using it and she hugged *** out when she wanted to leave our officeI believe she just forget to remove this complainThanks

I am rejecting this response because: I was not in the hospital for two monthsI was sick on and off for two monthsEmergency room timesAlso, I called them from my NEW number over a month ago to update themI picked up the tablet on Tiesday and was surprised that it wasn't chargedThey had my tablet since the first week of FebruaryIt was not sent ro the factory in the first placeMy paperwork says 'warranty work'Why did I pay $*** told me that I can't let the battery get to 0% or I have to hard boot the system to get it back onTablet turns on and is usable to a degree but I feel that my money should still be refundedmonths is a ridiculous amount of time for zero resultsI feel bad for the employees thereFront desk girl informed me that all the sodas and water that they sell are bought with her friends EBT cardShe was complaining because the guys at work don't feel like they should pay for their sodas since they were purchased with food stamps(Illegal to profit from that)I want my money mailed to me*** *** *** *** *** ** *** will also report the food stamp violation They sell canned soda for a dollar and bottles for $Was shocked when *** charged me (I would have given it to an unhappy client)

Hi, Although that we are not agree with her letter, but because of our company policy for customers like her, we fully refund her money(Dollars)and she got that check about minutes ago and issued us a letter too.Regards***

rejecting this response because: my laptop has been to this location since August. I still have no money back or my laptop. That is suppose to be fixed. It is now September. Still you have my lap top in you all's possession. Only thing I have been getting is excuses. Waiting on responses that leads to weeks. No one has contacted me in regards to anything as far as it being fixed or getting a refund.

They have already made repairs I picked up this morning, so far everything is going well. They asked me to try out for several days and let them know if it's ok. I feel more confident in the business since all dealings are with [redacted] know, I feel that if further problems occur they will make it right. They are looking at another pad for me so I will be in contact with them within the next week and hopefully all will be well with this iPad.Thanks, [redacted]

About two days before we receive the part , she informed us that she is changing her mind and she want to refund and we inform her that we will return the parts as soon as we receive it and then we will refund her money via phone. The part arrived ,we called her and get her permission to finish the job. In the beginning she said yes and she will bring her computer in to replace the screen. Review: I took my iPad Air in to have the cracked screen replaced, the iPad was operating normally but crack could be felt and seen. I was told 1-5 day turnaround, on 6th day I called, was told it was "on the bench now" and I could pick up in am. I showed up at opening (9:00am) and was told not ready, would be ready in 20 minutes. Returned in 25 min and was told his heat gun had failed and would be 2 more hours and the white face it came with would have to be replaced with black as the white one they had was damaged,unless I would like to leave until white available, I agreed to black face and went to a movie. Picked pad up 3 hours later and seemed ok. After using several times that evening the screen started to get erratic, I also noticed that when using touch screen you could hear contact noise,like screen moving against something when touched. Powered off and on and seemed ok for a while then started to act up again,this time it would bring up new screens by itself when in internet explorer, I could not get it to stop and couldn't exit screens. Finally powered off again and on restart was the same. Screens would jump all over the place,would not swipe, when password interred it would highlight wrong numbers, in Internet it would start new screens from history by itself. Took back in on Monday 8-3-15, was called on Friday that it was repaired. Picked up on Saturday and today (Sunday) it started acting up again. I really would rather not take back to them, I have no confidence in their ability to repair not to mention that they have never called me except last time when done and whenever I talk to someone there they give the impression they don't know what's going on with my pad or don't know where it is. I always have to describe it and when there they always go looking for it ( looking in shelves,baskets,counters). I would prefer my money back or another iPad.Desired Settlement: Replacement with another iPad or full refund

Review: On October 8th 2015 at 3:20 pm I took my computer in to have the repair men look at it. They had told me over the phone that they could repair the screen for $150.00. I agreed to take it in so they could look at the computer to determine what part needed to be ordered. They decided and I put a $50.00 deposit down, and they told me it would take about 5 to 7 business days for the screen to come in. I explained to them I was in the middle of a job (I am a photographer) and that I couldn't leave my computer but would bring it back when the screen came in, in which they agreed and told me it would only take an hour to replace once they got the part. I left. Weeks past before I heard back from them, I began calling and calling and couldn't get someone to return my call. When someone called (almost 3 weeks later) I told them how important it was that I get my computer fixed as I was having a difficult time editing my photos and I was in the middle of a big job. They told me the part hadn't come in yet. Over the next 5 weeks I was in and out of town and would call and could never get an answer of what was going on with my part. Finally in late November I was told to come in and it would be repaired. At one point they told me they would fix my computer at no additional charge because of all the inconvenience. I was so frustrated by then I just wanted my money back. They agreed, but I have yet to get my money. PLEASE NOTE: I have numerous phone recordings between the repair person and I confirming the above claims.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I no longer trust these guys to repair my computer as an option to a refund.
