I ordered a set of headlights for my chevy silveradoWithin days of instal I had condensation in both headlights and it has remained that wayI have attempted to contact Ipex multiple times with nothing more than the "we will reply within hours" auto response, its been days plus since the last auto response and still nothingNo response is extremely unprofessionalOn top of the poor product quality I am not pleased
I ordered the Spec-D LED headlights and taillights from Ipex Motoring. Approximately 5 months later one of the headlights started cracking, almost like millions of tiny cracks over the entire surface. I waited a few weeks to call Ipex and explained the problem. I was told that my complaint time had expired. I then sent an email describing the problem and that a headlight should not be completely glazed over in less than 6 months. I never received an answer even though I explained that a headlight should not be useless in such a short period of time. The quality of the product was very poor the customer service was totally nonexistent.
10/2015 Ordered headlights from Ipexmotering....installed the product and ran then for 5 months....driving lights stop working on drivers....attemped to contact Ipex Motering approx. 9 times before getting a response... Ipex Motering will not replace the faulty headlight or supply parts for the repair....no attempt from them th satisify the problem...

I ordered a set of headlights for my 2007 chevy silverado. Within 60 days of instal I had condensation in both headlights and it has remained that way. I have attempted to contact Ipex multiple times with nothing more than the "we will reply within 24 hours" auto response, its been 30 days plus since the last auto response and still nothing. No response is extremely unprofessional. On top of the poor product quality I am not pleased.
