Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of me being refunded, although I was not refunded full amount, I took my phone in to get the screen fixed, in return I get a broken mother boardTherefore im unable to use my phone at all On top of that, I beeb trying to get this issue noticed and spoke on since the incident, and you guys refused to handle the situation like professional ADULTSYou guys ran from the problem and gave lots of attitude in the processNow after several weeks later, you respond with a [redacted] response, not even apologizing or offering to fix the issue you all made! Very sorry to hear of this situationThe fact of the matter is that we did everything in our power to fix this phoneHowever, when you brought the phone back with a glitch, it had a crack in the glassTherefore we cannot exchange it for a new one for free because our supplier will not refund us
for the now cracked glassThats the same thing as buying a brand new *** truck and then wrecking it the next day and coming back to *** dealership and requesting a new one for free because yours is now wreckedThey too will tell you they are very sorry you wrecked the car but unfortunately they can't give you a new one because of it and you will need to pay for the damagesOur business is no different then any other business We tried meeting you in the middle of your situation because we empathize with your situation which is why we deducted all labor charges but we must have you pay for the parts in order to fix the problemI hope this letter clarifies our stance on this issueThanks
