on for about a week because you dropped the phone more than once. So I will give a brief summary that after you signing a disclaimer saying our warranty doesn't include 2 things, physical and water damage. I don't believe any stores warranty offers that unless you pay insurance. I know this can be frustrating but I did offer to fix your screen like you are requesting me to do now. You still have left me a nasty remark saying how I was rude when I replied I would repair it for the cost of the part. Review: I dropped off an iPad on 7/7/15 with a estimated repair time of being complete on 7/8/15. After we made multiple phone calls with excuses for delays being given, I went down on 7/13/15 to find out the issue. The store manager/owner stated his techs had been sick for the past two business days and was sorry it was not ready. I showed him the estimated date on the tracking slip and asked about what the issues were the other days and when he looked at that he said he shouldn't have written that, but the iPad would be repaired and we could pick it up on 7/14/15 and he would take $26 off the quoted price. When I went by before they closed on 7/14/15 - two hours according to their website and one hour according to the posted sign (the hours don't match, neither do their prices it turns out), they were closed for the day. I went by again on 7/15/15 and they are still closed. Phone calls only reach a voicemail and messages have not been returned. The sign out front advertises same day repairs and their website advertises 2 hour turn around for iPads.Desired Settlement: Immediate return of the repaired product with a price reduction commensurate to the ongoing delay. If that is not possible, then immediate return of the product in the same condition, or better, that it was dropped off in and updating of all website and signage to realistically reflect: store hours, repair times and prices.

Review: I had bought a refurbished iPhone 5s from these guys. They put a tempered glass screen cover on it. (Supposed to protect the screen from breaking). Literally a couple hours after we left the store, my girlfriend took the phone out of her purse to find that the screen was broken. She didn't even do anything with the phone. She put it in her purse and when she took it out, the screen was broken and the tempered glass was completely intact. The screen protector did not do the job it was supposed to, so we thought we were able to bring it back in. He told me there was a 30-day warranty on the phone. (But did not tell me the terms of that warranty and what is covered.) When we tried to go back to have it fixed the guy told us that he wouldn't do anything about it and that it is not covered by the warranty. Instead he offered that we pay an additional $80 for him to fix it. We were so unsatisfied with the service that we asked for our money back and he refused. He told us that "The tempered glass should have broke instead of the screen. But we don't cover any physical damage at all." Overall he was extremely rude about it and went on to laugh at us. I would not recommend this business to anyone because they do NOT take care of their customers.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back or a screen replacement. Even a refund equivalent to what the phone is worth would do.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: he is not telling the full truth. Yes I did buy it in perfect condition, but he gave me a tempered glass screen that didn't even protect the phone for the short amount of time it was in my purse, not being used or touched at all. The tempered glass is suppose to protect my phone and he was 100% confident that it wouldn't. My frustration at the end of our meeting on Saturday did leave me cursing and slandering the poor customer service, but not once did I make a single threat and that can be proved by his video recording. Yes, he did offer me a replacement but for an additional $80. I found this extremely unfair when he was so confident in the tempered glass screen (which didn't even get a scratch or crack), when my phone screen broke through the glass cover. He even told me (which should be on recording) that the tempered glass should have broke instead of my phone but still refused to be of any service unless I paid the additional $80 only one day after I had bought the phone. I don't want a repair, I don't want anything more from this business, except for an investigation that their business is credible. I'm upset that the screen was so thin, it could be broken through a glass screen and the extremely poor and rude customer service.

Review: Dropped off iPod for repair 11/25/2015 (battery replacement, was quoted as probable problem) and was told they would call when ready for pick up. Store rep claims not to have the iPod, although we have a receipt verifying we dropped it off at this store. Have repeatedly tried calling and stopping by business. They have sporadic hours, not open most of the attempted times we've tried to contact by phone and dropping by even though their message says they are open 10-5. After catching them at the shop last week, they were to call us the next day. We have not heard from anyone and we have attempted daily to reach someone at the store. No success.Desired Settlement: I want original iPod returned.
