iPhone Repair NYC

Review: I bought a groupon for an iPhone or iPad screen repair for my 64GB wifi & wireless iPad. When I had tried to call about collecting it the number has been disabled. I'm beginning to worry that the guy has shut down his office & run off with my & other groupon customers apple products. My appointment was at 6pm on Monday [redacted] September. The office was in the MetLife building, It had 1 guy & was a single rented office space with 1 desk & 2 chairs with no business signage. I don't remember the office number but I can remember its location on the floor. I felt uncomfortable with the office space but trusted that groupon had checked the company credentials. iPhone Repair NYCMetLife Building [redacted]The phone number is no longer active & was probably a pay as you go cell phone. The security is very high at the MetLife building & you cannot go up to the [redacted] without an aptointment & a security pass. as a result of this I am unable to back to the building to check if he is still in the office, but I am very doubtful as it was not a proper store & had no signage.I have been in contact with Groupon regarding this & so far all they have done is issue me with a credit note for the cost of the voucher. They have not tried to contact the business or resolve this matter in any way.Desired Settlement: I want the return or a replacement for my stolen iPad.
