The customer picked up later in the day and left with the phone fully charged 100%. The next day the customer came back with the phone and some charging cables and told us it would not charge again. We looked at customeriphone and cable and found out the customer using FAKE Apple charging cable. We told the customer that if continue using FAKE or China copy cable to charger Apple phone will damaged the phone, and it stop charge the phone sooner or later. We showed the customer that we used REAL or Authentic cable to charge and we show the customer all 4 of our outlet cables charged his phone when plug in. First of all, about the cable, I bought the lightning cable at Best Buy. Customer **, [redacted] walked into our store on June 13th, 2014 around 1:00pm and asked to
buy a "Samsung Galaxy Note 3 unlocked" cell phone and not specific or...

mention any model regarding
Samsung Note 3. I gave [redacted] a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N900 32gb unlocked cell phone
and he agreed to buy the phone with a price of $625 tax included. He told me that he will. come back in
later to get 1 more at the same price. Assuming he will come back to get another one, we didn't write up
any invoice at time of sale and waiting for him to come back later and write an invoice for 2 cell phone
on same invoice, and he never come back at all.
June 30, 2014 (17 days later)
At 1Oam, he come into the store and ask for return of the device and stating that he did a research on
youtube and the cell phone I sold him is a clone. I told him that this is incorrect because I would never
sell fake or copy or clone item at all. He said he wanted a refund and I told him the store had a sign
stated that No Return hanging on the wall and I told him this is legitimate Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and I
have proof that this is REAL Samsung products. I've explained to him that Sam sung Galaxy Note 3 have
several different models. The LTE version of the Galaxy Note 3 uses a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon
800 chip, while the international GSM-only model uses an octa-core Exynos 5420, consisting of four 1.9
GHz Cortex-A15 cores and four 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 cores. I asked him why he was not coming back that
day to get one more phone he said his uncle didn't want to buy it now.
July 7th, 2014
At 5:45am, I met this customer ** again in a starbucks store near the my shop. He apologized to me and
said that he was wrong about saying the phone was clone phone. He stated that after ** more research
he found out that He is looking to buy a 4G phone and not 3G phone. The phone I sold him is a 3G cell
phone and He want to exchange for an 4G phone and will pay the difference. I told him I will see if I can
find a 4G phone and will let him know. He then gave me his cell phone number as [redacted]
The problem here is He didn't ** a research before committed to buy one. He should ** his homework
before go to the store NOT after buying. I sold him a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 as he asked for
it, and can't take back after 17 days usage. My shop is a small shop and if I take it back then I have to sell
it not brand new but as used item.

Review: To whom it may concern,My intention was to buy a Samsung Note 3 Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor cellular phone as I had seen the Samsung commercial ads on TV. I went to the Iphone Services which located at 10475 Bolsa Ave. in Westminster, CA to purchase a Samsung Note 3 with Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor. I then went on Youtube to check with the Model number of the phone I bought and at first I thought it was a clone (fake). But I realized it was not a clone and it was not a Note 3 with Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor instead of it was an Exynos 5 Octa Processor. I came back within 2 weeks to see the seller if I can exchange to the correct one or return it, but the seller had turn me **wn. I am a consumer and was not happy with the merchandise and wish that you could help to resolve it. Thank you.[redacted]. **. Review: My wife has an Iphone 6 with a damaged charging port. On 01-11-2016 I brought it to the store and requested to be replaced with a new one. The owner said it will take 2 hours to get it done and the price is $80 for replacement. I trusted him and left the phone there. Come back 2 hours later, get the phone, paid him in cash without checking anything. I went home and found out that the phone still had problem (can't not charge). I looked at the port and realized that it was the same old one. I brought it back the next day. He tested with his own cables, and it works. I told him the part is unstable it can work with some cables but it did not work with my cables, and it cannot connect to ITunes, that why I want to replace it. I also asked him if he replaced it, he said yes. He blamed that because I don't use the original Apple cable. But my cables at home worked well with any phone. He insisted that he did replace it and it was my fault not to use the real cables. I brought it to another store. They tested it and it did not work with their cables, they checked the port, saw some damages and suggested me that I should replace a new one. They charged me $60 for replacement and said it can be done in 15 minutes. Now the phone works well with ANY cables. I still keep the old part to prove that he did not replace it.Desired Settlement: I'm filing this complaint because this business is dishonest and lie to customers. They charged me full price with the job they have never performed. I also want everybody aware of this business who cheating on customers.
