We are sorry to learn of [redacted]’s negative experience with iPic Theaters. We have every desire to address her concerns and provide a resolution to her satisfaction. On October **, 2017, [redacted] called Jaclyn G[redacted], Guest Services Coordinator of iPic-Gold Class Entertainment, LLC, expressing...

her frustration for continuously receiving Weekly Showtimes Newsletter e-mails from iPic Theaters. [redacted] informed [redacted] that she had spoken to someone at her local iPic Theaters who deleted her membership to resolve the issue. However, after deleting her membership, the e-mails continued. [redacted] asked [redacted] if she had tried selecting the unsubscribe link, and if she tried selecting “opt out” of receiving e-mails on her online membership before the termination of her account. [redacted] responded that she had selected the unsubscribe link, but did not address the inquiry about selecting “opt out”. Almost immediately after the call had ended, [redacted] submitted a ticket to the iPic HelpDesk to ensure that the “opt out” selection was corrected. On October **, 2017, [redacted] sent [redacted] a confirmation email advising her that her e-mail address was successfully removed from the e-mail distribution list. [redacted] requested that [redacted] let her know if she continued to encounter any further issues, but she never received a response. It is our policy to address guest issues as soon as they are presented; however, it was our understanding that this issue was resolved. Nonetheless, we are more than happy to examine outstanding issues that she may be experiencing. It is our goal to retain [redacted] as a satisfied guest and we hope to serve her again in the future.
