Review: The company (www.iPloom.com) advertises a counterfeit of a product called the Pax by (www.Ploom.com). They offer the genuine "PAX by Ploom (the REAL company) on their site but deliver COUNTERFIET PRODUCTS. its is identical packaging, looks the same as the original but does not work..

They lure you in and tell you they can get you the REAL PAX for $164.00 (The Ploom version costs $250.00).

Then they send you an email saying they are out of stock but will deduct 90.00 off your order when it comes in

Then, a week later an email that says its in. You can have it at a discount.

They ended up charging my card $ 280.00 and NEVER SENT THE MERCHANDISE!

The charged another card 164.00 and received a counterfeit.

Im disputing this with my credit card companies but also believe they should LOSE THIER MERCHANT ACCOUNTS AND BE SHUT DOWN!

I ordered it. I was a counterfeit. Real one has serial numbers inside and different colored lights. everything else is identical.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of 280.64 cents for merchandise I NEVER RECIEVED

And an additional refund of 164.00 for the counterfeit I did receive

also believe they should LOSE THIER MERCHANT ACCOUNTS AND BE SHUT DOWN!

Review: My wife purchased me a product (PAX) from iPloom around Thanksgiving. The product arrived after Christmas, even though it was ordered before Thanksgiving (they promised discounts ans gift certificate for the tardiness of the delivery that were never followed through with, but that is not what the complaint is about). The product was defective so I wrote them an email about their exchange process on 1-3-14. I received no reply so I wrote a nastier email, claiming fraud charges to be filed if they did not respond on 1-10-14. They responded that day to send the product back and ask for a refund or exchange. I mailed the product immediately back and asked for an exchange. USPS records show it was delivered on 1/16/14. On 1/30/14 I wrote an email enquiring about the status of my exchange. I received no reply. I went to write an email today, nastier again, bringing up filing fraud charges with my credit card company. It could not be delivered because it was sent back undeliverable. I tried calling and the phone number was disconnected (not that anyone has ever anwsered the phone before). I check your site to file a complaint and the business was listed as "out of business". Now I have no way to contact them, and because of the length of time it has taken, because of there no responses, I'm not sure if the grace period for filing charges with my credit card company has passed. I no longer have the product either. I no longer want an exchenge. The product cost $189 plus taxes and shipping which I would like to recover.Desired Settlement: The product cost $189 plus taxes and shipping which I would like to recover.

Very disappointed with service and product. Never told it was back ordered when I ordered it. It took weeks to arrive. Have had for 2 months now and it will not work. [redacted] comes back as undeliverable and the 800# is constantly busy.

Review: I ordered a vaporizer from iPloom.com that was represented as an authentic Pax by Ploom vaporizer. After several weeks delay in the shipping process I received the product with a slip representing that it was covered by the Ploom warranty. When the product stopped working and I attempted to get service under the warranty I was informed by the manufacturer that my product was counterfeit and that the manufacturer is currently pursuing legal action against iPloom.com. I would appreciate a refund but have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company.Desired Settlement: The business has an obligation to refund the $189.95 I paid for the counterfeit device.

Review: Purchased a [redacted] from iploom. They charged my [redacted] card 199.95. A couple days later they stated via email they were they had lost packages with [redacted]. Due to this, they stated cards would be reimbursed. I noticed the end of January that I still had a charge to the card and not reimbursed. I tried to contact the CEO, [redacted], but the email was returned, not a valid address. I tried to find the website, iPloom.com, it's no longer functional. I also believe this was a scam as well. Ploom makes the original [redacted] product. iPloom takes orders, and then have since disappeared.Desired Settlement: Product ordered or full reimbursement.

Review: I purchased a PAX December 2013. It failed to work after a couple of days. I contacted IPloom and was told to return the device with a copy of the original invoice and indicate whether I was requesting either a refund or replacement. I sent back the merchandise and the requested paperwork (requesting a replacement device), heard nothing from IPloom, sent a followup and looked on the Revdex.com site and noticed a message that the firm may have gone out of business. Their web site is no longer active.Desired Settlement: Preferably a refund but I would settle for a replacement (working) device.

Ordered with this company twice. Never refunded my first because it was on back order etc. Assured me it would be on time for Christmas gifts. They never shipped the second but could charge my account. This is a scam.

Review: PURCHASED A PAX VAPERIZER BY IPLOOM ON DEC 8TH 2013. IPLOOM SEND ME AN EMAIL STATING THAT THEY LOST THEIR SHIPPMENT AND WAS OUT OF STOCK!! THEY WILL RETURN MY MONEY OF $199.95. AND FOR THE INCONVENICE THEY WILL GIVE ME A DISCOUNT $158.45. WHEN THE NEW SHIPPMENT ARRIVES. THE REFUND DATE IS 12/25/13. NEVER GOT MY REFUND! IPLOOM SEND ME AN EMAIL BLAMING THEIR REFUND ISSUE ON MERCHANT SERVICE INC. [redacted]. EMAIL risk@[redacted].com. I CALLED THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IPLOOM. PURCHASE A SECOND ONE WHILE WAITING FOR MY REFUND. RECIEVED THE SECOND PAX VIPORIZER AND STOP WORKING AFTER 2 USE! THEY HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER BUT NO ONE ANSWERS. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL EMAILS NO ANSWER!!!Desired Settlement: GIVE ME MY REFUND ON BOTH PAX PRODUCTS!!! THE ONE I NEVER RECIEVED & THE ONE THAT STOP FUNCTIONING AFTER 2 USE. IM AFRAID TO RETURN PRODUCT TO COMPANY BECAUSE OF MY FIRST REFUND DISPUTE!! STILL WAITING!!!!

Review: I placed an order on 12/17/13 with instruction that my order was to be a gift. They assured me via email that my order would arrive. Shortly before it was due they informed me that it was back order. I inquire about my charge and they stated it would be refunded. I then received an email that the stock was in the following week. I placed the order again. They charged my account but never shipped the product. They also never refunded my original order from back order. I have contacted my credit card company about the charges.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back since I received no product.
