the options to the flooring and add leveling to the concreteHe stated the work was acceptable, but that he did not want us to go back to remove the entire floor and the workWe are still extending the offer to remedy this issueWe would be more than happy to go back out and the work at no additional costWe stand behind our work and have integrity for our craftsmanship.In regards to the billing and collection process, it is standard procedure to get the contract signed prior to the commencement of the work and to collect payment immediately upon completion of the workI apologize that neither of these were done and that it caused such a debacleMy Administrative Assistant noted the work was completed on 3/On 3/a voicemail was left for you regarding invoiceYou are correct, there was a week lag time before anyone contracted you regarding your invoiceOn 3/you were sent an email and a voicemail was left to confirm receiptOn 3/another voicemail was left, and on 3/we sent another email and left you another voicemail and received no response from you.Due to no response a demand letter was sent outLater that day we were able to contact your husband regarding payment to which then you called, but this was after the letter had been mailed
