I met this lady near the end of September at a thing called 'Mule Days' in Benson, NC. I bought a shirt from her and received her business card. She does vinyl work on t-shirt and many more things. I had contacted her about doing 4 shirts for me. I bought the shirts and gave them to her in person on 10/10/14. On 10/19/14 I had not heard back, so I asked about my shirts. She did not respond back until 10/23/14 which is when she asked me to 'refresh' her of my order, which I had handwritten and gave to her on the day I gave her my shirts. She said that her vinyl was on back order and would be in the next day. On 10/31/14 I had not heard back, so I messaged her again. She said she texted me earlier in the week (which she did NOT). She said the vinyl would come in on Monday (11/3/14). I did not hear back that day either, so on the 6th I messaged her and told her that if my shirts were not done by the 7th (4 weeks after giving her my shirts) that I just wanted my shirts back. She did not respond until the night of the 7th and told me my shirts were done, asked for my address, and told me she would ship to me and not charge me. Today makes 2 weeks since she supposedly shipped my shirts and I still have no recieved them. I live 30 minutes away from her business so it should not take that long to recieve. I messaged/texted her 3 days ago and have not heard back. My fiance is going today to hopefully speak to someone at the business while I'm at work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!!! I have also done a review on their [redacted] page.Desired SettlementI would like to at least have my shirts back. This is a very sorry business and poor with customer service. She was quick to get my shirts from me and is now not answering me and is very unprofessional.
