Hi There this is *** the manager over at iProtech Ventura Store responding to complaint ID 11615265 Just as a warranty we do not cover any sort of physical damage which is stated on the receipt(Near the bottom it describes how are warranty works) and also a full size print out right next to
the register this warranty does not cover either the screen repairs and or tempered glass(Discount of $increments every tempered glass replacement) for said damageWhen you do damage to a phone a second or third time in the situation we do everything we can to assist on lowering the price and work with you because we do understand it is a situation no one wants to be inAll of the screens we install are original so these screens are no stronger or weaker then the original productI'm sorry that we may not have worked with you as much as we should have please feel free to bring in your phone and we will do everything we can to help you out as much as possible including another tempered glass, case(to prevent this from happening again), and a screen repair at cost priceI'm not sure if your screen is actually broken again but if not we can also just do a partial refund and a new free tempered glass and a case!So please stop by so we can help you out and get this taken care of!Attached is a picture of the warranty information

Review: I got two iPhone 6 screens replaced by this professional phone repair shop .. So I thought .. He said he can replace the cracked screens in 30 min ... Both phones were working fine just the fact that there where two cracks on both phones but Still functional ... After the repairs where made the screens looked good n clear except ... That the phones got really hot when ur holding them next to ur ear .. On both phones but that wasn't it ... On one of the phones I couldn't hear anything coming from the ear piece just when I set it on speaker .. I took it back and explained my problem .. The so called tech .. Opened up the phone and tried to fix it to no avail .. Now the run around begins ... He told me there was a wire that was cut and that it was his faul .. He told me that he could fix it but not today because he didn't have the part .. He took my info n I took his with my receipts of repairs .. I never heard from him after he told me he would calle and set up a time to get it fixed in the shop in Ventura because that was closer to my city ... It's was bad business all around .. This was like a make shift shop that was set up at the paseo Nuevo mall in Santa Barbara .. I don't know if it legit but I paid money to get a good job done and I'm very disappointed ... While I was there .. Another customer came and complained about another issue ... I'm just up in arms ...Desired Settlement: I just want my phones fixed with oem part or my money refunded ... I wouldn't have a problem if I would have been treated with good service but I wasn't ... My phones are far worse that's before the repair ..
